So many people are mind warped about where you train. You can get it anywhere just as long as you put in the work and have good form, proper nutrition. You can build at Prison, Golds Gym, living room, chin up bars at the park, at your job on break, and yes! Even Planet Fitness... I guess when some ppl get to a certain level there ego get the best of them. Take strong men Brian Shaw/ Eddie Hall. These 2 have a video making fun of Golds Gym like ppl make fun of planet. It goes to show that there are still a lot of closed minds in the world. Anyway. Good video man!

@@burlhorse61 He’s not missing out on anything. He’s covering all the basis for the look he wants. Don’t believe the hype! I’ve seen plenty of impressive chests with calisthenics alone. Open your mind and your world will get that much stronger. I personally don’t like flat bench press and my chest is awesome. Pro bodybuilder Dennis James did only incline bench press. Come back and tell me how his chest look! You don’t have to do every single thing someone tell you is the best. You have to decide what’s best for you.
@@individualthought3844 i just think that PF doesn't give the option of using squats,bench or deadlift-i know you can get a decent chest without the flat bench.

This was very helpful I have a friend who workouts in the gym and instead of helping me get the results I want in the gym from working out he would never inform me on the proper workout formation to increase my strength but watching your videos taught me how to workout properly to get the results I want now :)

Long story short I'm a recovering drug 💊 and iron addict who made some bad decisions last year and lost many things including gains. To go from a black membership at Golds to a $10 planet fitness membership is very humbling to say the least and I wasn't sure if id be able to put in the same work at this gym but you just proved that its enough to rebuild a foundation on. @@AiiRv what’s good bro! So yea I’m legit training 6-7x a week, occasionally have a rest day once or twice a month, I’m currently at about 185lbs, 15-17% body fat, benching 225 for sets/reps, bench PR in 260, doing free weights DB at about 55-65lbs for sets/reps, life is good bro!

Enjoyed watching your videos question I do cardio on the treadmill about 20 minutes every day. How long does a work out takes I do about 45 minutes every exercise on certain days.Thank you for sharing.

Quick tip , when hitting dumbbells keep feet on the ground you move your feet way too much keep them firm all about the concentration i see them move forward and back

Kishen Nayee yes in the beginning it’s best to start with a weight that is comfortable for you all three sets and eventually you will be able to use that same weight for a warm up then add weight each set

That row you doing with your knee on the bench in the intro... That's exactly how hernias happen since the first gym ever... Put your legs on both sides of the bench, once you get that hernia your body won't be the same..
