There are times when you unintentionally come across bands you feel a connection with... You feel compelled to listen to them forever. Threshold was one of those bands for me.

The keyboard 🎹 in dream theater is what keeps me from liking dream theater...
In a similar vein, the economy of notes on the guitar adds to the impact of the phrases that they play.
You can't say that it was a piece of cake, I was expecting something more soaked, but the voices of others say otherwise.

@@garciano4323 True. I think they went to Prog Fest in Atlanta a couple of times before the pandemic. I just hope an artist from the US or Canada (like Devin Townsend or someone) will pick them up and they can headline for someone here

I remember discovering this band back then with mission profile, I'm glad they are still making music and sound so good ! I hope they get more recognition. Oh and this song really has some Sybreed vibes, one of my favorite bands.

This song and video has a perfect nostalgic, happy vibe for a metal song. Love the forest and band shots pretty simple... mix is very clean whoever mastered and engineered it is a genuius.

Karl Groom does the engineering, mixing and production. We recorded our album with him a few years back. Absolutely top bloke. The mix and production on Dividing Lines might just be his best work yet!
