Agreed. Seeing men call out sexism and misogyny, or identifying as feminists, shouldn't be a point of high praise, it should be a bare minimum standard. But it always makes me happy to see men stand up for equality of the sexes/genders.

I took a screenshot because I thought it was hilarious that this guy had gotten more brazen (adding the NY Times, specifically. That paper is one of the most respected, period.) So it looks like he changed them inbetween Kurtis taking the screenshot and Kurtis posting the initial video. My screenshot does back up Kurtis in that it definitely didn't say the "our coaches have been featured on" thing until after he watched Kurtis' video.

Watching Russel's "response" video genuinely makes it hard for me to believe he's a real person with real thoughts and not just some social experiment to make the least likeable person.

Okay I know it's been years since this video but as a polyamorous person in a relationship with multiple people, here's what I think about Russell's "communication." Communication is great! Limiting that communication to only in a space where everyone can see it is not so great. I guess it might've worked for them, but I feel like the right thing to do in that situation would be to ask everyone to communicate with everyone involved more. Completely restitricting communication to one channel can easily be abusive

The thing about Kurtis’ original video about Russel is that it was super funny and enjoyable to watch whereas in Russel’s video just seems like he’s angry like one of those people who are super angry but pretend they’re happy and laughing and are just in denial of how angry they are and it makes Russel seem kind of almost psychotic which I’m pretty sure he is.
