I am originally from the Middle East and similar thing happens. First the black experience in Arab countries are historically similar if not worse than the US. However the way out form the historical/generational injustice is academia (engineering and above) or a high position in the military (officer and above). The main reason of them marrying white/Arab women is social status among their piers and reducing their offspring blackness to reduce racism and bullying.

I think it's more about proximity. Most of these colleges or Universities are predominantly white. Most of the girls who are thrust in front of them on these college visits are white. For most of the Black athletes it's probably the first time their in an environment where their in the minority. So they have to assimilate to their environment. For most of them the "white girls" are something new and vice versa for the white girls. I think the issue is when some of them assimilate too much, and forget who they are and where they come from. Love who you want to love, just don't forget who you are and where you come from!! I'm sure this happens with Black women on college campuses, accept they aren't in the spotlight for people to critique who their dating or marrying. Simply put never sell your soul to fit into any group, love who you want to, but Just don't forget where you come from. And if your a Black Athlete who dates outside your race especially in America just remember your kids will be half Black and have to endure hardships because of the color of their skin in the country you help shape for them. Love is colorblind, but unfortunately the world and this country is not.

There has been a notable narrative circulating among some Black women suggesting that Black men largely do not prefer them as partners, particularly since the landmark decision of Loving v. Virginia (1967), which legalized interracial marriage. The aforementioned claim, however, is unsubstantiated and deserves closer scrutiny. It is curious that Black men are often singled out and criticized for marrying interracially, despite not being the demographic that most frequently marries outside their race.
The Truth:
A study conducted between 2014 and 2015 revealed the following statistics: since 1967, 12% of White men, 10% of White women, 26% of Hispanic men, 28% of Hispanic women, 24% of Black men, 12% of Black women, 21% of Asian men, and 36% of Asian women have married interracially (Livingston & Brown, 2017). These figures indicate that a majority-76% of Black men-marry within their race. In contrast, the rates of interracial marriage are higher among Hispanic men (26%), Hispanic women (28%), and Asian women (36%) (Livingston & Brown, 2017). Therefore, the suggestion that Black men are the most likely to marry outside their race is unfounded.
The propagation of Black male hate is counterproductive and aligns with one of the objectives of the system of White supremacy: to sow discord between Black men and Black women. The implication that Black men do not desire Black women serves only to exacerbate the schism between these communities. This tactic aligns with the analysis of psychiatrist Dr. Frances Cress Welsing, who elucidates:
"The sequence of events begins with the systemic denial of full employment and advancement opportunities for Black men, rendering them unable to properly support themselves, their partners, and their children. This results in a high number of Black children growing up without the guidance of fathers. Such circumstances foster frustration, depression, and academic failure. Once this environment is established, deliberate introduction of drugs into Black communities occurs, which are then used to self-medicate the frustration and depression. The inflated prices of drugs create an illusion among Black men that they are gaining financial success and accessing the 'American dream.' Subsequently, firearms are made readily available to these individuals, ostensibly to enforce drug payments. However, the underlying strategy is to incite Black men to engage in violence against one another, carrying the burden of blame. It is crucial to recognize that Black men neither manufacture the chemicals used in drugs nor the firearms" (Welsing, 1991, p. v).
Evidence of White Supremacy Plot:
Supporting evidence for a government-backed scheme includes:
1) John Ehrlichman, former domestic policy chief, admitted:
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did" (Associated Press, 1994; LoBianco, 2016).
2) In 1969, President Nixon was quoted saying:
"You have to face the fact that the whole problem is really the Blacks. The key is to devise a system that recognizes this while not appearing to" (Alexander, 2012).
3) In 1978, Zbigniew Brzezinski, National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter, penned a memorandum emphasizing the need to maintain divisions within the Black community, stating that the U.S. must:
“...develop and implement a special program designed to perpetuate division within the Black movement and neutralize the most active groups of left-wing radicals representing various social strata of the Black community; to foster division among Black individuals” (Brzezinski, 1978).
4) Additionally, the construction of the Black superwoman archetype is another byproduct of White supremacy. The objective is multifaceted: to overburden Black women by rendering Black men unemployed or underemployed, to celebrate their independence while reinforcing their solitary status, and to persuade Black women that they do not need anyone, especially not Black men. Gloria Steinem, a CIA operative, played a role in the Black Feminist Movement, contributing to the rift between Black men and Black women. It should be acknowledged that there is a subset of Black men who harbor resentment towards Black women, sometimes due to negative experiences with single mothers who may have employed strict corporal punishment, shaping their initial perception of Black women as harsh and uncaring. However, it is essential to understand that Black women are also victims of White supremacy and the perpetuation of corporal punishment is a vestige of a much larger systemic issue. Similarly, the absence of fathers in the lives of Black girls creates antipathy towards Black male romantic partners when they grow up as well, which creates a further divide. Again, the culprit in the system of White supremacy causing this problem, as the aforementioned evidence above illustrates.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, the perpetuated narrative that Black men disdain Black women is a harmful falsehood that undermines the self-worth of Black women. The reality is that the majority of Black men do marry Black women, and for those who choose partners outside their race, it is crucial to maintain a commitment to dismantling the system of White supremacy. This commitment is vital for the wellbeing and prosperity of all Black people, irrespective of marital choices. Furthermore, if a Black person chooses to marry a non-Black person, it’s imperative that the non-Black partner is committed to combatting White supremacy.
Although Hispanic men, Hispanic women, and Asian women marry interracially at higher rates, there is no pervasive narrative suggesting that they do not desire partners of their own race. This discrepancy highlights the unique targeting of Black individuals, particularly Black men, in the broader context of White supremacy's tactics.
