You should get a smart power strip so you can have your pump/waver maker on a schedule to turn off when you feed. So next time you can set the schedule to turn off the pump when the auto feeder puts food in the tank.

Controversial, but I actually like the look of "the ugly stage". I much prefer the look of diatoms on my rockwork than plain white rock, but I definitely don't like algae on my sandbed.

My small clown does it...well before he went in the acclimation box. He’ll still lay down in the pvc though. The female won't have him so he's going back in QT for now.

I have seen a clown at an LFS that would lie motionless on the sand. Reported it to the proprietor and he said that particular fish did it a lot. He reached into the tank and made it move.

One of my clowns perches on my nero 3 sometimes it looks scary but as soon as i move my hands near him hes off to the races haha

I'm trying to reef on a budget with a 250-gallon reef tank. I have a lunare wrasse that likes to eat my clean-up crew. He's cost me so much, and I still don't have a big enough clean-up crew.
haha thats a big tank to budget on, but it can be done-ish ! you want to keep him or trying to get him out?
I need to get a fish trap to get him out. It's a beautiful fish so its a bummer.

some people do for sure as they are sensitive -- I personally just temp acclimate the for a while then put them in
