Flashing codes out of a 2006 Isuzu npr with a check engine light with no computer

Any idea if this works on a new isuzu like a 2016 NRR? The dealer scanner is over $3k!

I just tried this on an 06 NPR and it didn't work?! the fault it has is the idle speed knob on the dash is not working, need to be able to increase idle speed for the PTO
