In this video I run a variety of tests to see if I can resin 3D print a shelf bracket that is sufficient to hold my own weight. As usual, I like to get a little creative with things and was lucky enough to partner up with HeyGears for this one. After finding an optimal design for strength, we sculpted over the design creating the "hand holding the shelf" look. Overall the process of strength optimization followed by custom aesthetic design can create some pretty cool stuff. This video was inspired by Thomas Sanladerers video that he did using the same technique for a larger FDM printed bracket. In summary, it's pretty incredible what good design, strong materials and these new machines are capable of. Did it hold my weight?

Awesome video as always :D I'm looking for a reliable 3d printer with direct drive extruder in a reasonable price. Is Creality Ender 3 S1 worth buying or it's better to spend a little more and buy Prusa MK3S+? Maybe some comparison video? :D
