It's not odd. This is an old video that weren't going to release, then they realized hey can drop this now and the timing will be great.
That video on Spiders-Man 2s, mere hours before another Spider-Man 2 gets announced, pretty much nails that. I only just watched it and was wondering why they didn't bring it up, only to realise it came before (and obviously was filmed some time ago)! Some channels seem to get a heads-up about these things.

Bet in this alternate universe, the people are super hyped over a film about three non-Spider-mans.
I can see their super hero action movie would be something like "man: wednesday (part 3)" where its just a 9-5 cubicle worker's daily life. And the audience will be so awed and amazed by the "super" stuff he did. Such as crossing a road, making coffee, and taking a subway home.
After seeing this being concepted and shot years ago and finally its here my jaw actually dropped i had believed this was scrapped or forgotten but ITS REAL
I love it! So, a month or two ago I made a comment about Spiderman and how there has to be a universe where everyone has spider powers except for Peter. Unbeknownst to me, this video existed and I'm so happy it does 😂
