Not really. Most of this was just spoken about in passing. Some of these plans were literally just 1 dude writing 2 pages advocating for such plans. By that Logic Russia is a Nazi country, since the LDPR is a far right, ultranationalist party who's members were sympathetic to the Nazi party when it was founded. Saying that the Ukraine Government are Nazis is sickening, both Russia and Ukraine lost countless of millions to the Nazis during the second world war. And for Putin, who lost family to them, to say Ukraine and the west are Nazis because they don't like his foreign policy is childish.
Also I don't think the country that has to call up 60+ year old men and teenagers to the front, is asking for ammo from North Korea, has been sanctioned up the wazoo. Has three military aid partners (North Korea, Iran and Syria), celebrates when they take a single small town that the local intersection is probably bigger than. constantly making threats which they haven't fulfilled, and is always trying to get more morale boosts by making false claims that can be shut down with a bit of research, like that Europe is freezing, when Europeans have full fridges, and as the Russians put it, Bavaria, Tuscany, Dover and Marseille all have Norilsk weather conditions.
Ukraine on the other hand, has such a high morale boost since the Russian government made it so clear that they want to get rid of Ukrainian culture since its "False" in their eyes. (Which is something the Nazis said about Dutch and Danes) They have all of NATO supporting them, Sweden and Finland, Israel, South Korea, India, Japan, at most 5x the foreign volunteers. Western equipment, overall BETTER equipment, warm heating from the Generators they've been getting from Poland, the best LTA missile system in the world (Patriot), And the home defence gain since it's their own land, they know it, they will fight for it. Its so stacked in Ukraines favour that even if Russia manages to get 700k more men, which you need to arm and judging how most frontline footage that isn't filmed by government agencies of Russians, they are using old Soviet rifles like SVTs, AK-47s and even Mosins. I doubt they can put together a force that: 1. Has the spirit to fight 2. has adequate weapons, 3. Russia, no matter what they say, that they do, and what they gain are in the wrong, Ukraine is on the defensive, for their culture, nation and future. And it isn't up to the Russians to dictate what they want to do, especially in 2014 when they threw off a corrupt oligarch from power and shifted away from Russia, so Russia threw a fit and invaded them. If Russia isn't the bad guy, then you're just flat out wrong.

Multiple times you say something that is different from the subtitles you added. At 25:30 you repeat the sentence I assume because of a 2nd take. No he is talking about the French occupation of the Rhineland immediately following WW1. The French used black colonial troop to occupy the region and it really upset right wing elements in Germany who saw it as an insult. They believed that black troops having authority over white people was against the natural order they complained a lot.
Eventually they started spreading a bunch of conspiracy theories and myths claiming that the black soldiers were constantly abusing the population and raping the women.
Many German women did have consensual relations with black troops and bad children with them, but the German far right insisted that these children were the product of rape and referred to them as "The Rhineland Bastards" and these children were among the first to be targeted by the Nazi party, who believed the whole thing was a deliberate Jewish plot to contaminate German women with black blood.

It couldn't. You can find countless of videos, articles and all, the Axis never stood a chance to win that war, even if America remained neutral, the war would have dragged on for more years, but an Axis defeat was inevitable by the time Britain declared war on Germany.
Also, even in the unlikely case where the axis had indeed succeeded, they would all be forced to remain pragmatic and cancel the most outrageous of plans (like a German East Indies colony, a Mittleafrika, or any kind of invasion in the American continent). America would still be at the top strongest post-war nations, Germany and Japan would have absolutely no reason to turn against each other.

Hitler had spent the previous decade breaking treaties and invading countries without provocation, so the British thought it pointless to make peace, especially after the harsh occupation of France.
