My secondary school had a steel pan band and I was part of it and we played Under the Sea at some of our concerts. That brought back some memories.

No I got goosebumps, I freaking love that movie and I’m so hyped for lightyear. Seeing it for my 18th birthday is fitting for a movie series that has stuck with me my entire life!
I knew it would be Under the Sea as soon as I saw the steel pan. Love all these videos. So fun.
I think the Owl House and Amphibia opening themes (or outro themes) would sound really cool on some of those percussion instruments! It’s so impressive how some of them can be so accurate or even better than the original music

As soon as you started playing Under the Sea on the steel pans a chill just went down my back, that is one of my favorite songs of all time. that and the opening theme from Lilo and stitch

Hey Joe, amazing video as usual. Would love to see you sample some of the instruments or try to replicate the tunes from North East India (Meghalaya) which use a whole new kind of instruments, which is quite a contrast from the usual Indian instruments and themes you're probably used to.
Literally hearing you’ve got a friend in me gave me such goosebumps, I’ve been watching toy story all my life and has been my favorite all my life. I remember when I was younger I watched toy story 3 on my birthday and now gonna watch lightyear on my 18th is freaking surreal. Thanks for taking me on such an emotional trip in the short couple seconds you played!
