Plot twist: Cad just wanted to compliment the guy on his hat since they have the same taste in fashion. The other guy pulled his gun on him and Cad had to defend himself.

3:30 I love how that little interaction shows how Cad Bane and Embo respect each other as the two best hunters in the world despite Embo being in the guild Bane despises and Bane regularly acting against the code. They know they're pretty much equals and above everyone else
I'd wonder how come that we didn't get interactions with these two through out The Clone Wars like put these two on a mission together alone or something
@@RicardoPerez-rz8pu probably because they would've been unstoppable. Embo even gave Anakin a challenge once when he was tasked with just pursuing and attacking them without killing them and Cad Bane regularly gave Anakin, Ahsoka or Obi-Wan a hard time. Embo was one of, if not the best sniper and the best hand-to-hand fighter among the bounty hunters while Cad Bane was the most successful of his time, the fastest shooter and an expert with deadly gadgets.

Cad Bane wasn’t Jango Fett, but he was honorable in some cases. Will always remain my favorite Bounty Hunter of the Clone Wars Era.
Jango Fett was honorable as a warrior, he never overstepped his bounds as a hunter if it can be helped and treated his targets with respect.
Cad Bane had a more personal set of honor. He was never afraid to do whatever it took to get the job done and showed no remorse in his actions. Respect had to be earned when one was able to share his personality traits though he was known to shown to be more amicable towards women.

@@boulderboyh9617 Theres thousands of clones, so they can be used for many different purposes. The clones here are more used as prison guards, actual police in the republic are droids.

Cad Bane is the best at being the worst. What a fantastic character. One of the very best in all of Star Wars.
Love the detail of bane tipping his hat to embo since they were such close bounty competition. Embos bounty tallies were second only to bane
So he is about 10 times better than jango / boba fett.
Idk about that. Boba’s credibility is a bit shaky because of the whole legends/canon dispute. But jango is a complete monster in both. Jango kills Jedi like it’s sport, is a trained warrior of the mandalorian army, and was personally picked by dooku to be the clone template. I mean he fought obi wan to a draw (arguably jango won because he escaped) and it took mace windu to kill him. I think cad Bane even mentions jango as his rival somewhere in this series

Yep, I didn't even notice that until recently and it makes the scene so much better. I always thought it just a hat that he really liked, but then I realized it was HIS hat and it made it so much better. Also, what is it bounty hunters and their cool hats.
