St. Teresa of Avila: "Let nothing disturb you, let nothing frighten you. All things are passing away, God never changes. Patience obtains all things. Whoever has God lacks nothing. God alone suffices."

I’m so grateful your channel found me, Father. I’m an adult convert, like you, and as soon as I received my Sacraments, fell in love with Sts Teresa of Avila, John on the Cross and Therese of Lisieux. I so enjoyed your straightforward and enlightening talk. Prayers for the Carmelite sisters of Notting Hill!

Hi there. It's all fascinating and much more rewarding as an adult (and by choice!) convert. There is a treasure trove of so many inspiring "love" stories in the Catholic Church. We will probably spend the rest of our lives learning and what a journey? Best wishes

Feel so unreal in a way. I lived that life in Malaysia for 11 years. I appreciate those years. It brought me to God.

This should be the practice of all Christians not just nuns and saints.

I think we have an obligation to send a message to Pope Francis that he needs to imitate St. Teresa to become a faithful son of the Church.

The holy Father will know the writings of St.Teresa. It is not for us to advise him.
