  • Mass immigration no one voted and the dilution of Great British culture | Richard Tice
'Mass immigration that no one voted for has made us poorer, our quality of life worse, and it's changing our culture, not for the better… We've got to change course and work together under a single British culture with smart immigration, not mass immigration."

Mass migration has been a financial and social disaster for this country. In 1997, before Blair decided to open the flood gates, we had low levels of migration, we didn't have a housing crisis, we didn't have 8 million on hospital waiting lists and we didn't have a national debt of 2.7 trillion pounds. Also, we had lower taxes in 1997 and economic growth was higher than today. Fast forward 27 years, we have all these benifits of mass migration and we are borrowing 120 million every year just to pay the interest on the national debt. Our immigration system is controlled by employers, not the government. Employers do not have to advertise roles here in the UK at all, make up roles/positions to fit in with the governments 'shortage of occupation list' and charge immigrants thousands of pounds for a sponsorship visa. These immigrants are leaving behind poverty stricken societies where there's no jobs available, so of course they'll come if they can. They sell everything they own to pay the unscrupulous employers who don't even guarantee the work. I am seeing this model happening in practice everyday. This Conservative government and the Labour one before them have let this country down.

Graduates numbers from other countries are: Pakistan 445,000, Nigeria 660,000 as examples - anyone globally can apply.
People working in some sectors ie healthcare are not required to have a degree.
Visas are for 5 years after which application is made for indefiate leave to remain then in year 6 British citizenship.
    So basically unlimited immigration.

It is not just houses, basic utilities are overloaded - electricity, water and sewage treatment. None of these have increased capacity to meet increased population. Rivers are being polluted, electricity generation creaks in winter and if Devon is anything to go by water supply is struggling.

We are only an island we should only take refugees that match our Infrastructure and since 1980 and Tony Blairs amnesty this countries infrastructure as been decimated so greatly non of it is fit for purpose. I would love our MPs to get into power on their brain power common sence and patriotiam to this country alone not on a first passed the post two party system. This country is more than full it is bursting at the seam.

If they wanted to make bank, they should ask the race baiters in Labour if the Labour party is going to pay reparations to the northern working class girls in Rotherham, Rochdale etc.

My small East Midlands town is becoming unrecognisable. What I have seen taking place in the cities has now arrived here in the last 12 months. I wonder what the plan is? Because there is nothing here for the new arrivals..young people who were born here invariably move away to find a career because the opportunities here are so few. Visibly the new ones are groups of young men, females seem to be alone with young families, many don't seem to have a grasp of English, where is the money coming from to pay for them all? What is the plan?

Reform party again stating the blinking obvious. Pointless railing against mass immigration if the politics of the country is facilitating it. DO as you are named and advocate complete reform of the political system to ensure that the current grip on power by Labour and the Conservatives is broken.

If we stop illegal migration that money saving would allow the Government to pay better wages to the NHS and Police/Fire brigade. Fund better educational services. Fund more training for indigenous Britain’s. Support our people with higher minimum wage rates, lower income tax rates so you take home more especially in lower paid employment and that would encourage more off benefits. Don’t allow immigration unless the candidate has very highly skilled qualifications that we require. Train our own citizens to fill those job gaps would be the best route for the country.
I’m for a return to being Great Britain not just the united Kingdom.

I came here on a highly skilled visa 10 yrs ago and now a citizen of this country. I value and respect the Brit culture, the lovely and compassionate society we have. However, over the recent years we have seen tremendous amount of uncontrolled immigration. I blame this entirely on the government. Based on the survey, there is less than 15% of the immigrants who are highly skilled of all the mass migrants that have landed here. No wonder the GDP of the UK is going down. I feel sad for the state its been and for all the people of this land. Its time to reform before its too late.
