I usually don't keep up with workout routines but I found that i enjoyed this so much even on the days when I don't feel like doing anything I at least do this workout then i find something for 5 mins while im still able to convince myself to carry on. 😅my body thanks you

How do you dare to use Sia for cool down?? Floating through space is a high energy happy jumping HIIT song :(
We try to use all kinds of songs anywhere in our work outs!
Did you watch it? Because we jump during that song. Right to the beat, so it works beautifully.
Yes, that song was the main reason for me to watch it, but I still found the choreo too slow
Just have to say, the "urge to give up" 2.5 minute in was because the warm up was soooo boring. Hopping and jumping jacks for 2 minutes isn't enough to keep me interested or properly warm me up.
Well I hope you gave the rest of the workout a try.
@@THESTUDIOBYJAMIEKINKEADE Honestly, I didn't. I tried aother of your work-outs, and also didn't finish it because it was too repatative. I felt like the warm-ups are just about getting warm, rather than incorporating mobility and dynamic stretching to prepare your joints and muscles. Now, I do have a dance background, so I just might not be your target audience. I typically find most HIIT or cardio work-outs incredibly boring and too easy. However, a lot of people are benefitting from your work-outs, so you're definitely doimg something right.
With that said, making your warm-ups less repetitive and basic might help you retain some viewers longer, but I'd check on you're analytics to see when people tend to click-off your video. That'll give you better data than my singular opinion. :) Perhaps making them more varied might be too difficult for the beginners.
Our most common piece of feedback is that they are too complex and not for the general population, so we have some that are more for the reps and the mind and spirit (like this one which is not a dance workout), and others (like our Best of 2020 dance workout) that are more complex and less repetitive. These particular kinds of workouts like this video are actually meant to be extremely repetitive so you don’t have to think as much and you can’t just focus on getting to that place where you are physically struggling and out of your head.
