I made this arrangement (in Jeff Buckley's (November 17, 1966 -- May 29, 1997) version) of Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah" for my students. They love to play it because it is "free" in the way that there is space for improvisation and taking your time... the timing in Jeff Buckley's version and my arrangement is very important.

Off everybody on youtube this is the guy I can lesson to the longest and the most. Such percussion. Unread and everything he plays is played as close to perfection and you can get. I play decent guitar, nowheres close to Kindren and I know just how hard it is to play this precise. Fantastic job. Your the best.

What a beautiful rendition, Per-Olov. In two months my family celebrates a requiem for my mother, who sadly passed away less than one year ago. I would like to remember her by playing one of her favourite songs. As this one is the best fingerstyle version i have ever listened to, I would be glad if the tabs were available for purchase. since it does not look likely that Per's arrangement will be available publicly, you can find some inferior arrangements of this song, with some of the Jeff Buckley additions, for sale on the internet. Then you can use your arrangement as a starting point as you figure out what Per has done so well. It is slow work for an amateur like me but I have been able to figure out what he has done and make a workable arrangement this close enough by watching and listening to this video. As always, Per is an excellent arranger and musician, greatly appreciate his work.
I so hope I can get the sheet music for this some day. What a perfect rendition.

It's amazing how I discovered your music a while ago, around 2009/2010 maybe and then somehow with all the changes happening, I forgot about your music. And now, about four years pass and still it is absolutely amazing, it's so wonderful how after 4 full years your music is just as touching as it was the moment I stumbled upon it.
