  • In this video I compare and review the BedJet 3 vs The Pod Pro from Eight Sleep, two climate controlled sleep systems with drastically different pricing and heating/cooling approaches. Both have Pros and Cons you should know, and while each system gave my wife and I very comfortable sleep, we have a favorite, let's break it down.

The eight sleep seems like a neat product, but the pricing and subscription are a deal killer. I can see maybe $999 with no monthly fee. I'm sleeping pretty comfortably on a $600 foam mattress. While the temp control sounds interesting, I just can't imagine dropping $2k on something like this & having to pay monthly for the pleasure of using it. I have a feeling thing product will go the way of the Juicero.
For me, my solution to sleeping too hot was to go to Target and spend $30 on a fleece blanket. They're comfortable and still seem to breathe well enough so I don't sweat while I sleep. I find when my internet dies, my blanket continues to function just the same. If I'm still feelin' hot, then my super baller ceiling fan does the trick.

My entire bed was covered with black mold and I had to throw out all my bedroom furniture. The company was nonresponsive and has been playing games about a refund for months. Not only does this product not work long-term, but if It should spring a leak and ruin your bedroom furniture they will do nothing

@@AuthenTech Yes, you saved me from wasting money on the BedJet.
Now I know it is useless to me.
You know, I live in Germany and here AC is kind of no option, because I can't punch a hole in the brick walls of my bed room, so I was hoping I could use the BedJet as a substitute for a AC system, for those increasingly common 30+ degree Celsius (86+ Fahrenheit) nights we have here.
But since I know now that the thing only works in max 79 degrees Fahrenheit, I know there is no hope for me.

Nope, a $250/yr subscription after charging so much in the first place, $2000, is a no-brainer NO to eight sleep.

Don't forget if your 8sleep isn't connected to the internet or if the servers go down. You cannot use your bed at all. Entirely wasted money.

"Seek the Lord while he may be found, call upon him while he is near; let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteouss man his thoughts: and let him return to the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon" - Isaiah 55:6-7. While you are still on this earth, the mercy of God is abundant, but after death there will be no mercy to the prideful, unbelieving, and rebelious soul. Turn away from your sin and seek God and he will give you mercy.
