- Stuffed sweet bell peppers are a healthy, delicious, budget-friendly dish you’re sure to enjoy. Stuffed with the “Best Healthy Veggie Ground Meat”, whole grain of your choice [I used Kamut], Italian herbs and vegan cheese. This tidy and complete healthy vegan dish is sure to satisfy.

Italian Ingredients
4 Bell Peppers
1 cup Kamut
2 cups Vegan Grounds
1 Roma Tomato, diced
1 Tbsp Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried Parsley
1 tsp dried Basil
1 tsp dried Oregano
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 cup Vegan Parmesan cheese
1 cup Vegan mozzarella cheese
1 24-oz jar (3 cups) Marinara Sauce of your choice
Black pepper and Salt to taste

Tips:
• Par boil Bell Peppers 6-8 minutes.
• Cover, parchment paper and foil. Bake 350F (175C) 25-35 minutes.
