    This easy roasted butternut squash & garlic soup is creamy, and packed with full bodied flavor. This is the perfect Fall/Winter soup for that cozy mood. Pair with crostini or your favorite sandwich to satisfy your craving for a comfort meal. This soup can also be portioned and frozen for an easy meal on those busy days when there’s no time to cook.

    Ingredients:
    • 1 medium squash
    • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
    • 2 - 1/2 cups Non-Dairy milk. I used So Delicious Brand Organic Unsweetened Coconutmilk
    Beverage
    • 2 tsp Better than Bouillon Vegan Vegetable base
    • 2 cups Water
    • 1⁄2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    • 1⁄2 Tbsp. onion powder
    • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
    • 1 tsp. sea salt
    • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
    • 1 tsp. Paprika
