Hello Yoga institute 🙏. By cooling body do you mean these Pranayamas will reduce body temperature ? Or just sense of cooling with no actual cooling ? Or cooling as of Pitta dosha ?

We mean that, during summers - pranayama and yoga keeps the body and mind cool inspite of the scorching heat. One can keep away from the restlessness of heat with pranayama and yoga

Does Sitali pranayama reduces body temperature ? Does sitali reduces oxygen consumption or reduces heart rate ? Physiologically what it does is what i asked for.. thank you 🙏

Asana or pranayama (breathing exercises) practise should be done on empty stomach. It is essential to be mindful to practise 2hrs after eating. Hope this helps.
