Colorado voters are poised to end the trophy hunting of mountain lions and fur-trapping of bobcats in November. Thanks to the Cats Aren't Trophies (CATs) initiative, Coloradans will most likely see Proposition 91 on the state ballot in November. Prop 91 is a historic measure that will usher in a new era of cougar protection in the state.
