Salivating at the thought of young pan fried rabbit with garlic and rosemary. Side of new potatoes and seasonal vegetables drizzled with garlic butter and a touch of sea salt and black pepper. Topped off with a glass of red wine.

I grew up in Belgium and we raised rabbits to eat. They’re very tender and tasty and now, living in the USA, I really miss them. Hope he collected some of these and enjoyed a good meal!
Hello! i am just saying some facts you said are wrong, such as when you kill a rabbit with a headshot, its legs will twitch. i am here to say that any animal you shoot in the head, its legs will kick. for those disturbed, the animal is dead instantly, it is just reflexes after the body passes.

As a kid we hunted rabbits with dogs love the show brings back good memories next year will have to get back out I love rabbit stew.
You need a mat so you don't get a chill on the ground. I prefer the z fold foam ones. You can cut them to just the size you need and they take paint well for camouflage.

Wow, I remember when I could go out and hunt rabbits all day long with my Chinese made $35 b2 air rifle, open sights. Now days you need a $2000 rifle, $1000 camera and a range finder to get the job done. My how times have changed.

I would love to see 5 rabbits or squirrels in a couple hours. I envy you guys. Me and a buddy enjoy small game hunting and go pretty often during the season. Most people want to go on big game exotic hunts in other countries. I'd like to just come spend a couple days across the pond getting some squirrel and rabbit with you guys. Thanks for taking the time to make the show. It's quality every time.
All clean dispatches. Well done! My (German) grandparents used to eat rabbit often, and my parents raised them before I was born. I haven't eaten any rabbit in over 55 years and there are none here in Thailand but I'd be interested in trying some again.

When I was 16 years old in 1968 my friends and I each had a “Crossman 760” and every fall we went rabbit hunting. The use of a pellet didn’t do it for us, so the “BB” was the killer for us. To kill the rabbit it was best done by the kill to the head or neck. Once I st a rabbit in the belly and the BB bounced off and hit me in my leg and it hurt. I would come home with 2 or 3 rabbits and my father would skin it then we check the live, if it had black dot then the rabbit was unhealthy to eat. I would tan the hide and make a winter rabbit hat and gloves to help keep warm, these were the best years of my life.

In UK for pests (such as rabbits), only need permission from land owner.
For small game hunting the rules differ...
