JT plays like 9-10 instruments, produces, and either writes or co-writes every song. He's so freaking talented. Combined with his stage persona, his love for dancing, and pure appreciation for musicality makes him one of the greats. He grew up in Memphis with Blues in his roots. Oh, and he also is an incredible actor. There's nothing he can't do if you ask me. (& Drink You Away is ALL JT lyrics, instruments, and production.)

Angela Shrum jt and the Tennessee kids on Netflix is amazing!! Truly just a talented artist doing what he loves with his badass band that love what they do. I was lucky enough to see them 2 times that tour and twice again last year.
That is Chris’ wife. She’s the one who talked him into singing his own stuff. He wrote songs for other artists for years. She convinced him to hit the stage and bless us with his beautiful voice.

I love how like 10% of the footage from the Drink You Away half is just shots of various celebrities’ minds getting blown. That’s honestly a sure fire tell something is truly as great as your mind might be processing a live performance. Keith Urban climaxed thrice in those 10 minutes.
