Best way to get it out and in... for when you do Rex's 😂... is to fold all the way back the front seats, take out the rear seat bottom cushion and go back of headliner diagonal out the rear door... Still needs to be bent a little ... but not as bad as front door

There is a British you tuber who has an AU Ford Fairmont in Wales long story how he got it but he had to do the head liner on his Fairmont so you are not the first bloke on you tube to replace the head liner on a Ford AU
@@peter_brash l do subscribe to a lot of you tube chanels and when ever l see anything on Toyotas l have to watch it infact through you tube l have found out how to maintain my Hilux even how to remove the dashboard properly and even how to pull apart the engine which l will never do but uts interesting and l found why its so indescribable and that the Hilux helped win the Toyota war and its a war that spawned the technical all through you tube and Google l don't need a workshop manual for my Hilux because they have an almost cult following in the USA also l bought a set of ignition leads changed them because l had no idea when they were changed and they are made in the USA also spare parts are so easy to get because certain service parts are common with other vehicles infact l can get most parts brand new for my Hilux
