I loved the routine, however should the pelvic be rocking front and back during the leg circles? Or should I lower the spring tension in order to have the muscles on my pelvic floor stabilize my pelvic? And only my femur circles around the hip socket?❤

Sorry for the late response, there should be no movement in the pelvis for leg circles, if you do have movement, go ahead and lower the tension (1 heavy 1 medium spring) and that should help!
