    Best workout ever, I didn’t feel like doing Pilates as my body is hurting from my period but I wanted to move my body and stretch it I feel so good after this workout thankyou so muchhh💕💕

    Thanks for the class! We have reformer machines at my apartments and this helped a lot. I missed reformer Pilates and this was intense! ❤❤I love the pain lol 😂

      I'm watching your videos every morning to get into the habit and learn the form and movements until my reformer arrives. I also would love a 20min series as I work out in the morning before work. You make it look so easy, I'm sure when I start I'll look like a NAILED IT meme 😂.
