    A great exercise is spending several days in silence and observing your mind. I did that in a 6 day class with the Art of Living, an Indian based organization and found it to be absolutely amazing to actually observe how my mind works. I would recommend that exercise for anyone. Difficult at first because we want to talk. Going into silence around others is especially helpful because you can watch your mind become judgmental for example, when ordinarily you may just dismiss or perhaps not even recognize when your mind goes negative. Some of the ancient eastern religions are so far ahead of us and this is a perfect example.

      @@nonyabidness5454 We've been socialized into believing that older, eastern religions are not as aware as we are. Isn't it sad that we must usually find out on our own that we are the ones who are so unaware?

    imagination is fast more than ture just remember ,we are human not robot android need to all under remote controle THE IMPORTANT IS THE LEADER OF GROUP REMOTELY ENOUG MORAL TO HOLDING THAT CONTROLE ornot? that all if good leader the your organize will fast to reaching the space from last 10 years alredy
