Love the the reference to the "game over" screen where you choose not to give up.

Can we talk about how quickly Omni realized it was a Keyblade? I think he realized what was going on more quickly than anyone I've seen. Also, he's one of the most mellow guys on CZcams, so seeing him lose his crud shows how excited a lot of fans were by this.
He was like that for a lot of characters actually, maybe he just likes smash or something idk (especially with Steve and Pyra, those reactions are great)

The thing is most people got spoiled by a leak which is a shame, so they immediately think Sora as soon as any thing is shown

I genuinely thought it was Geno; the spark, everyone turning into toys, Mario approaching it... I was half expecting a Geno statue to come to life amongst the others! But even so, Kingdom Hearts in Smash is one of the most incredible feats ever!

"If I don't see Mickey Mouse there's not a point to this character" I will never understand why people think this. XD Kingdom Hearts is Sora's game and story, not Mickey's. Sora can easily stand alone as the sole rep for KH. If anything I'd say Riku, Roxas, or even Kairi deserve to rep alongside Sora more than Mickey does since they are KH originals.
I agree Sora is a great character and the games were mostly about him and his friends it wasn’t just about Mickey Mouse Donald Duck or goofy it was about all of them. It’s good that Sora I didn’t have to belong to one company he can belong to all of them. Nicely done.

The games are coming to the switch do you have a chance just heads up prepare to invest hours into the games
It’s not late to start it now, just remember that don’t care anything about the plot because it do be confusing af, friendly reminder that Nomura is really high when writing the script, and it’s basically another Final Fantasy but with Disney characters. It do be more depressing than how it looks.
I highly recommend.
People will say lore is confusing but it’s more like ‘there’s a lot there so it’s easy to lose track’

Everyone who got salty on every DLC smash direct always said "no one asked for this"
I remember people saying that for Steve (minecraft) when in a mix of jokes and legitimate want, A LOT OF PEOPLE wanted him.
The whole summary of this is that no matter which fighter they'd add to SSBU for DLC, many people would still get mad.
I mean no matter what character is added there will always be somebody who isn't happy about it.
But yeah that doesn't mean that nobody wants that character.
Personally I never played kingdom hearts but this is still an awsome addition. A perfect way to wrap up such a great franchise.

I know this is the end for Smash Ultimate. But if this is the end for Smash as a whole, I wouldn’t complain at all. In fact, I WANT this to be the last Smash game; the reveal was that grandiose.

I found this out in the greatest way. I was chilling at school, waiting for 4th hour to start, when my friend comes up to me and asks if I've seen the new character reveal yet. I say no, and ask him not to spoil it. He says "All I'm gonna say is that it's a Disney character. I immediately ask, "SORA?" and he walks back to his seat. I grab my phone, go to CZcams and look up smash bros character reveal. Once it loads, I see a thumbnail with Sora in it and spend the next 10 minutes of class trying not to yell from excitement.
I was in 2nd period Math watching it live (we were supposed to be working on missing work, I decided to secretly watch the stream) I also wanted to yell with excitement, but that would have directed attention.
this was truly a momentous occassion. I remember seeing the trailer for myself before I watched any reaction and I remember freaking OUT so much. what an end of an era, holy moly
