i always watch ur vids before my driving lessons, it calms me down, tysm!!!
Story 1: the stolen car is kind of a plottwist, i thought that he is stupid for robbing the store so obvious but also stealing a car and using it to flee! The OP did a good job to not put themselves or anyone else in danger, it could’ve ended very bad.
Story 2: Its the Karens fault, she could’ve checked if anyone has a room for them. She got what she deserved.
Story 3: The FiancĂ© has to chill, the Kids are Kids, of course everything won‘t be extremely clear. Also i can imagine the Sister really struggling because of the abusive husband. The FiancĂ© said themselve it would be okay, its not like they are freeloading.

Last story - When he offered to let them stay, it was probably an empty gesture and he probably expected them to refuse. When they didn't, that's when he got upset because now he's backed into a corner and has to deal with it.

Not at all. I think he expected the mother to clean after the kids and that they would not be invading her personal space... Ie.. his toilet... I would get pissed off too.... Especially if the mother 'Cleaned up' after the kids but the surfaces were still sticky... SHE DID NOT CLEAN UP.... Also, the kids probably pissed on the floor and the mother didn't clean up

Every time my sister comes over for some reason she has to leave a dry washcloth on the counter after washing her hands. I'll put it in a basket that is easily within Arm's Reach and she will take a new one out and put it on the counter. I've asked her a bunch of times not to do this results in a bizarre argument so those weird little things are all related

  • @QuickManEXE

Story 1: Wow, that was pretty crazy. First off, good on the OP for following stupid protocols here... i know i would've gone after the TV thief until they got to the car. Really good too that not only was it all caught on CCTV, but that there was a few witnesses. Hopefully the TV thief ends up being cellmates with his friend/acquaintance in jail after stealing the TV and the car and the big police chase. Also, he should end up on an old episode of "Worlds Dumbest Criminals" for actually trying to go back for the car later on at the dealership. He should've suspected that they would be waiting for someone to come back for it. Overall, OP did a good job and glad to see that they got praised for their handling of it all.
Story 2: Well, management does have a right to refuse service, and i know i would've refused them when they came back.... but looks like they didnt need to take that route. Hopefully the Karen has to sleep in the vehicle, and that that the new people that took the room enjoyed their stay.
Story 3: Okay, there is something not being told here. If this all boils down to simple cleanliness, then he should say what he likes and help out a bit... otherwise, he's just being a complete dick here.

I've been in that situation when I was volunteering at an op-shop. I'd been with them for a while, as as we were only a small staff I was actually left in charge while they went to do the banking. I had authority over everything, including pricing. When the managers did come back they were surprised by how well I had actually done while handing the keys back to them (they hand me the keys when they leave me in charge) which then happened on several occasions.
On one of these occasions I just happened to be putting stock on display and noticed this woman. In the end she did end up buying these nesting trestle table, which she had no intention of actually buying initially. There was no price on it so we actually negotiated. As I later found out from the manager she was actually a secret shopper. Now as I had done everything in the store from dusting, arranging, vacuuming, displays, assisting customers and cashing them out that secret shopper gave the highest score she had ever given. It was 95/100, the only thing she should could find to mark us down was the dirt on the front windows, which I had no jurisdiction over. They gave me an award, and put my picture in their newsletter.
That was the most praise and appreciation I had felt in any job I have ever done, and like I said it was all volunteer.

The part that pisses me off about the TV theft story is the poor kid was working by himself in an entire department with an exit. If he had been in the middle of ringing up a person, and not be able to act right then and there and finish the transaction first our of priority, he may have been fired for neglecting the rules of the place. The other thing is the very danger he put himself in. This guy didn't act threatening to him or have a show of any weapons. What if he had? It pisses me off that anti-union companies like Walmart get away with allowing people working a department alone, making them responsible for merchandise, checking aisles, helping customers, ringing up customers, zoning, and then security. That's a lot of hats for one person to wear by themselves.

I think OP and Sis +kids should find a small place until sis gets on her feet. The kids are not toddlers, so old enough to help out and learn some basic child responsibilities. We can obviously see that the original poster in the third-story probably has an entitled sister and the fiance was tired of it.
