Why are seed oils bad?
We don’t get many if any organic options in the UK in Aldi!
But the food in the UK isn't full of chemicals etc like here in the u.s.
I got excited when I saw the beef jerky that is Grassfed HOWEVER it has too much sugar. 😢😢😢

For what product? He just showed alot of food . You have to specify what product you're talking about.

I call Sam's club the processed junk food store. We have both Sam's and Costco card and besides produce there's really nothing but crap at Sam's. Costco had great organic, gluten free and vegan stuff. We have 2 in our house that have special diets so Costco is way better. But I get my critter food at Sam's
Those oils are not good options. Their ingredients are from multiple countries. You can not trace the source. When purchasing oils. Look for oils that have single origin.

But I been around the block with many other health reformers and naturalpathic docs. I have been expressly sort of warned that the some of the probotics out there is actually bad for us, like the Kombucha for one example. Some health reformers say..

The give u all big pharma meds that just put a bandage on ur chronic illness these holistic Dr's I call them healers. BEcause ive had way more improvement going the holistic path and getting ti the cause of why I was having the issues in the first place . Lots of people feel the same as me. So there is no need to put someone down ur obviously uneducated about
