Hey Rufy! The food looks fantastic as always! I was wondering if you've ever had Vidalia onions, or if you can get them in your area. It's their season, and I have been putting them in absolutely EVERYTHING! Lol. Season is about over, so I'm going to buy a couple of bags, and cut them up to be frozen for later use. If you haven't tried them, I think that you would love them!

Yes . There are other meats sausages are made of . I know in my area finding Halal sausage can be difficult, and some Muslims are strictly Halal. I know Deitz and Watson has a beef hot link. And thee is a brand of beef hot links at shop
Rite with yellow and red packaging. I can’t eat strictly halal, so I’ve had both and they are good. I grew up on pork scrapple (convert) , and recently found Turkey and beef scrapple, I was so excited. It’s something I believe is only found in some east coast states, but a scrapple sandwich, fried hard, on white bread and mustard.... omgeeee .
