  • Hey everyone,
    So Fanduel and 247 sports came out with the Vegas BIG 12 football conference win predictions for each team in the conference have been released by FanDuel and 247 sports. Let’s take a look at what they predicted for each team and get our opinion on it. We’ll look at each team’s schedule, and see what we predict the final win/loss total will be for each team in the w conference.
    If you were a fan of college football or football and sports in general then you’ll want to subscribe. Will be taking a look at football, basketball and baseball as well as college football during the regular season and analyzing and picking every single game. Looking at the over, under, spreads and the money lines every week for every game.

      OKST won't beat us with that defense. Ranked like 126th last year. I think our hardest game is probably at UCF. They're sneaky good and we have to go to their house

    No way Arizona beats Utah at Rice Eccles. OKST is the one that could be a trap game for Utah given that the game will be played at OKST.

      I can understand and see your point. Do you see any upset on Utahs schedule? And yeah Okst if they have the run game going will be hard to control

      @@3rd-And-Long OKST is the only one that makes me nervous, not so much because of OKST's run game, especially considering that Utah had the #4 ranked run defense in the country last year and the #13 overall defense (higher than any big 12 team in 2023), and the defense should be just as solid this year. It's the simple fact that OKST much like Rice Eccles is just a difficult environment to play in.

      Arizona will surprise with people the Tmac and fifita duo, they are no joke. I’ve got Arizona winning over Utah and Kansas state.

      Very possible. Fritz is a good coach but it’s a complete rebuild. The talent left on the team transferred away too. So it will take time to rebuild and retool

      @@3rd-And-Long Ha, that's what I get for getting defensive about someone else's crystal ball, now you've turned the tables.
      O-State is returning the leading rusher in the country, and his entire O-line. Gundy is almost an automatic 8 win season. I think we'll make the conference championship game for the 3rd time in a 4 year stretch, and counting a bowl win, which Gundy does often, another 10 win year.
      Maybe I'm being a homer, but everyone loves to underestimate us.

      @@Jonus_Grumby lol, you gotta support your team, no shame in that. You make some strong valid points. Gordon coming back is huge, especially behind an experienced line. Your right about Gundy too, the guy knows how to get the most out of his roster. He has been able to compete with heavy weights TX and OK for years, now their gone. So the spot for the top of the BIG 12 is wide open. I see Utah as main competition, but maybe OKST assumes control. Would be cool to me

      @@3rd-And-Long Even before the merger I've commented on the similarities in O State and Utah. Both coaches started in 2005, both average about 8 wins / year and go to a bowl game most years. Both load up with 3 star guys and win a bunch of games. Both struggle to get to the top of the mountain but hang around it year after year.
      BTW, to be an O State fan means to have a chip on your shoulder.

    You got teams winning the same game.
    Vegas had osu 6.5 last year. You need to revisit osu. They basically have their whole team back. They wont lose any home games.
    Ksu and utah beat no one last year. I know ksu is not as good a roster as last year. Ksu beat up on bad teams.

      Very possible. Gordon coming back is a big deal. Not a fan of OSU’s passing attack last season, but a great RB can elevate that. OSU can definitely follow up lat years great season with another great year. I like Gundy. Let me ask, what do you think their record is?

      @3rd-And-Long 10 and 2. Really could be better. It depends on who you ask we 18 to 20 starters back. The ones we lost was hb, te, and a lb. We picked up a te that could be better if not we really done rely on te or the hb. We had a starter lb go down he will replace the one leaving.
      2nd year defense. They are going to move oliver and Daniels around. Both were freshman all Americans.
      New DC in New scheme last had some back down on big plays. It'll be better.
      Home games will be wins which is good. Sdsu, Arkansas, utah,tech, wv. I dnt have any respect for sonny or Dave. Ksu early game young qb. Reworking a oline. Lost 2 pros of that line. Lost 3 out of 4 de. 3 out of 5 db. Lot of good talent to basically say the will replace in house. We're talking all american. They didn't replace guys from 2 years ago.

      @@3rd-And-Long The Cowboys lost two of their best receivers to early injuries last season. Those two dudes are back at full strength - De’Zhaun Stribling and Talyn Shettron. The best inside receiver in college football will also be back, Brennan Presley. Rashod Owens had a break out year last season filling in for Stribling so he is a proven big time receiver. The running game has solid depth with three additions via the portal this Spring.

      @@philiprobins5488 so what are you predicting overall schedule wise? Vegas has them at 7.5, not saying Vegas knows anything. I think a lot of that just hinges on QB performance question marks

    Oklahoma State could realistically run the table this year. Take another look at your predictions and pay attention to home and away games.

      Lol I appreciate your love for your team, but Ok St will not run the table. I really love the passion my guy, but let’s be honest for a sec. It won’t happen. There’s a zero percent chance. And that’s not a disrespect to Ok st. When have they gone undefeated? They’ve fielded better teams in last years too

      @@robertpearce4316 the schedule will be easier this year possibly. The Big 12 is losing its 2 best teams. So now there’s a void at the top which could open up to some fresh blood to get that mantle

      @3rd-And-Long ksu has Arizona osu and Kansas coming to Manhattan going to ames and Morgantown. That's 5 teams that easily beat ksu.
      There is hype on ksu. I post where they are needing to replace. I did for get a pro te.
      Lot hype on Arizona did they not lose alot and new coach. Can Daniels finish a year. Returning alot.
      West Virginia is tuff on ksu in Morgantown with a good team. Isu beat them in Manhattan last year with most players coming back.
      Texas did less the osu did most years. The league will be fine. It's hard to say if any team will control the top. Osu will be the most likely because we were in it before. Since 2010 osu was 3rd or better only second to ou. Big12 and over all wins only second to ou.
      I know utah fans are blowing there horns. Remember utah won a pac title that really should have been byu. Road games will be different the pac12

      @@robertpearce4316 Utah has a really good D, they always have a stout D line. They’ll look to shut down Gordon and force OSU to go vertical. The question is Cam Rising and what we’ll see from him. And yeah I’m glad to see WV back at it, Brown had a great season last year

      Thanks for watching, I’ll sort out the apparent misunderstanding, it’s rather simple actually. At the time of this video being filmed Kansas was the reining back to back basketball BIG12 champ. So yes, the program would be going “back to another” BIG 12 championship if they were to go.

    Ha ha ha You have Baylor beating oSu? You obviously need to do your homework on the Cowboys. Are you still stuck on "I'm a man, I'm 40!" ha ha Baylor is not going to beat ISU in Ames, either.

      Lol legendary Gundy moment lol. Baylor beat Iowa st in Ames in 2022, it can happen. There is always upsets, a lot of the BIG12 teams aren’t very far apart talent wise.

      I just want to point out Nebraska lost to CU 36 - 14 last year. I think you have to give Nebraska the L. You can't talk about Nebraska's improvements and then not factor in the improvements of the team that beat them pretty bad....

      @@Shyvamain great point. It will be interesting to see what Colorado does this year. Mainly on their defensive side of the ball. I think they’ll have to be much improved to get a bowl this season. Their pass heavy scheme ran out of steam late last year, teams caught on. But it will be interesting to see the changes they roll out to improve on last season and get to a bowl. Great point

      @@Shyvamain 36-7 nebraska scored in garbage time against their bench players. I understand nebraska's offense was horrible last year but them adding a few more weapons and a freshman qb won't be enough to outscore colorado. The amount of quality players colorado brought in on both sides of the ball makes me believe they wont be the same team they were last year. If you want to make money I recommend betting on colorado.

    Now that Colorado is in a much weaker conference, they might win a couple of games. They suck. All hype...horrible coaching. Just a PR team.

      @@Woi_Time they work the portal well, but we gotta see it put to use. Last season there was some goring issues, we’ll have a better vibe on the team after the first few games. It’s hard with Colorado to know how good they’re going to be because the entire team is transfers. when the roster changes over that much it’s kind of hard to know what to base things off of before the season starts, you know. How do you think they’ll be this season?

      @@3rd-And-Long Revamped OLine and Dline and the additions are very impressive on paper. Not only that they got 2 WR1s from the portal and one of the highest graded corners to pair up with Travis. If you actually breakdown this match up colorado should be the obvious favorite. For Dylan Raiola to go out there in his 2nd game and beat colorado it would be a shocker. I have colorado winning their first 5 games the kansas state game is what will determine if this team is competitive in the Big12.

      The Big12 has been a stronger conference than the PAC for a long time, even without UT and OU it will remain a tougher conference than what the PAC was. Colorado actually has a tougher schedule this year than last.
