Great analysis. It's almost as if the House of Marais supplied the sculptures used across the land.

Great video, very well made. More people should talk about this place, lots of interesting connections with the Marais, Elemer and Tanith

Shaded castle (House Marais) are executioners. And they probably helped with removing monuments/history, as there's a statue-graveyard nearby where you also find Mareigh Malais. But somehow they started to worship the statues, as they now are a central piece in the boss room.
Old woman: Gloam Eyed Queen (GEQ). Look where you find her statues. There's very often enemies associated with death, e.g. revenant followers and omens using the same attack with "golden souls". Young man: Don't know. Maybe Messmer? Fits with the removing history theme. Young woman: Also unknown. But might be Melina. Child: Miquella. Assuming this, what have all these in common? They want to burn the Erdtree. Miquella because he want the Haligtree to replace it, and the rest for obvious reasons. We also know about an alliance between Rykard, GEQ-faction and the frenzied flame at Mount Gellmir. (Frenzied flame is probably not easy to be allied with, but if you're desperate...) Rykard has the same theme as what we know about Messmer, so probably the same faction.

Good catch with the gesture of the statue being a religious reference! I think the statues are various Marikas, the gesturing one Radagon, and the child is Ranni
