It is my choice to do trials, my choice to test things which may benefit people in the future! The great thing is I have so much support from my family and I will not stop until my last breath!

I have a client with advanced lung cancer and her chemo treatments did not work. She is now on a clinical drug trial At Stanford University Medical and it’s been two years now keeping her alive. Never lose hope.

Braveheart Physique I was always tired, at night I was getting terrible night sweats. I couldn't eat very much without feeling full, my armpits, throat, basically anywhere there was a lymphnode hurt like hell. Dropped about 22 lbs in a month

thats awesome news Dan! 5 years ago my mom was put on trial meds, she is still with us, and by now it is a much used medicine for her cancer type (Kahler's disease) So much is possible these days, especially because people like you and her don't want to give up ♥♥♥

Great Dan if you go to a new trial for this illness.Keep your spirits up. Do not worry as you are amazing. You speak so wisely and are a inspiration. Do not be deterred and you are resilient. There is so many people like my sister who have survived despite a diagnosis where it was so awful. She is still with us after fifteen years . She had a huge ovarian tumour. A bypass and diabetes. I looked after her and it was not easy but I encourage her to keep believing and everyday I would not allow her to lose hope. She refocused on what she ate and bought chemical free toiletries.She listened to calming music if she was stressed and looked toward future.I am truly wishing you to improve and get well asap.Take care you are amazing and your strong outlook is a bonus. We are here to live our lives. Good things and bad things will happen to us. We are here to experience these good and bad things. It would do us no good at all to only have some kind of utopia where nothing bad happens. That's what we (not all of us) get after we die depending on how we conduct ourselves while we are here. We were not meant to be immortals on this plane. We do all have to die sometime and there's all kinds of ways that can happen.

Side notes: in a clinical trial you Usually get better treatment/attention.
The people who are involved REALLY are motivated to have their trial be successful...hence, you’ll be monitored closely. Again, better care.
Because it’s a trial, you’ll get what’s not yet approved for mainstream. This is a good thing! It can be a wonderful drug but may take years (if ever) to get out to the public. You get it now ! Yipee!
There are phases to these trials. You can find out how many people will be in your trial. You can find out if it’s phase 1, 2 or 3.
I was in a phase 2 that was successful for me (I’m cancer free for 1.5 years + and no, it wasn’t chemo or radiation). The first phase was for men with prostate cancer. Mine was for women as well with metastasized cancer (spread).
So now you’re going to be in a MUCH better position to get well, Dan.
