Arno Schmadt i agree totally. I lost my mother in cancer last summer. Still feels surreal. She got it in april and died in late july. I wouldn’t plan a big cermony, just get a priest to the home or hospital but still making her a widow. I wouldn’t do it.

Sorry you have to wait until tomorrow for the treatment. My husband is having surgery today to remove the tumors in his bladder so I understand how fast tumors can grow back I am afraid his will end up spreading soon. I am praying for you and hope this medication will give you some more time so you can get married and do more things you wanted to do. God bless

My dad had cancer in his whole body, no way of recovery. His expected ending was in march and he's still going, they actually think he's gonna be healthy within a year or two were they have stopped or removed the cancer. I am telling you this to give you some hope. They said that he was guaranteed to die, just like you but he made a recovery due to sheer willpower. Keep it up, I hope you get to spend more time with your family.

Dan, you will probably never know how much of a positive impact you have had on people. Particularly for fellow rare metastatic cancer fighters like myself. Every time there is hard hurdle to get over, I think "what would Dan do?". The answer is always, to get on with it and fight to live another beautiful day! 😀

Dark Soul thanks, negative Nancy. But, to a degree, just getting through the chemo tomorrow actually IS kicking ass, with all he’s going through, in my opinion. This guy is an ass kicker like none I’ve witnessed before. I doubt I’d have a millionth of the courage to persevere the way he has. So YES, he’s still kicking ass.

Praying for you Dan.. I hope you do not have to suffer too much. Just had a family member pass on from brain cancer. We had a very hard time because she chose to go to Switzerland and "die with dignity". I had very mixed feelings about, but she was truly suffering, and even if I did not agree with her decision, I am glad to not have to see her suffer anymore and that she is in a better place!

My uncle has cancer, my grandfather died because of cancer. I was watching him very often, saw him shitting in bad, but im not a faggot i do know rules of nature and i do accept them. Coz it's commonly prescribed as adjunct cancer-care treatment here in the States as well. I had 12 rounds of it a couple years ago, and tolerated it really well. @@jinxterpinxter here is my point. Chemo is poison and doesn’t treat the root cause. Eventually if you get too much chemo it will destroy the body. Also when cancer is cut it will spread rapidly to the lymph nodes and blood. In Dan case when they cut his cancer initially it spread to the lymph nodes and from there it took over. In my opinion it was probably better not to cut anything out from the beginning and treat the root cause. Because there got to be reason for him to get this cancer. Genetic can be factor but we can see that none one else in his family had cancer so I have to think that some environmental factor affected him like tattoos or deodorant who knows?
@sauloptimus75 it may have and that's the scary part. I started taxol yesterday and 25 mins in my chest started hurting, breathing became short and my throat started to tighten. Now it has me questioning should I go through with it or try the natural route. My keytruda and Carbo infusions went perfectly fine. It was the toxal that scared me

You popped up in my recommended videos and I have to say I’m glad you did. I lost my dad 7 years ago and never really dealt with it. In watching a few of your videos you have already opened me up to remember the great three months me and my dad had before he past. Your positive attitude has brought that out. Have they been good enough to give you the two prognosis of time with the chemo vs. without? I know you want to push to the very very very end as hard as you can no matter the pain, but my niece passed from terminal breast cancer at 28. FOr a long time the chemo did give her more time/quality of life. In the end though she was in the same boat as you, of course, pushing for more more more time no matter what. At a certain point she really was at the phase with chemo where the same time frame stood with or without chemo and the chemo just made quality of life so much lower. It was terrible to watch and so painful to endure. I know it's hard to decide, and beyond hard to say, "Enough." Hindsight is 20/20 of course and we know now that she really wouldn't have hurt any worse or had any less time without it there at the end. You have to do what you feel is best. I just hope they're not playing up the chemo more than they should. The side effects are so horrendous one would only want to take it if it was going to truly prolong your life, and only then if you decide its worth the pain. Wish you the best. We have a 17 year old who has been without her mom since she was 12. Cancer is an asshole.
Sharon Brucks You have no idea what I saw. Who I lost. What I watched her go through. I wouldn't put the end of her life on my worst enemy. She was convinced more more more chemo would just add one more week, one more week. And in the end it stopped adding and it started crippling her. At at certain point you do have to face these decisions and he is at that point with his doctors. He has said as much. As someone who has lived side by side with end stage cancer my point of view, what I watched, and what she went through IS extremely valid. People think the only way you can support a person with terminal cancer is to just keep saying, "Oh you'll beat it. You'll get better," but when a person has moved to palliative care it's helpful to know what others have done and gone through. Don't judge me for wanting to face a very delicate subject to give him some information I wish ANYONE would have frankly given my niece. I was 27 by the way. She was raised like my sister. It took my childhood away and I watched it go slowly in agony. I don't want others to go like that. We all have to go, but we can decide how we do it.
I know it might be a bit of a shit question but I got the vibe that if the doctors would have caught your cancer earlier there would have been a bit more of a fighting chance? Am I way off? Maybe I'm just frustrated and can't come to terms that a healthy, young lad like yourself got so sick so fast :( xx
Chris Bling I've heard that before in other cases, that if they cut the cancer but don't remove it completely, the disturbance to it triggers it to rapidly multiply & spread.
@@blkbbw8295 thats why I don't believe in biopsies, it seems that after they cut into a lump to test it, almost in every case I know the person declined rapidly right after, if God forbid, I ever have a lump, I'll just tell them let it be or treat me as if I already have it

Sorry you have to wait until tomorrow for the treatment. My husband is having surgery today to remove the tumors in his bladder so I understand how fast tumors can grow back I am afraid his will end up spreading soon. My dad had cancer in his whole body, no way of recovery. His expected ending was in march and he's still going, they actually think he's gonna be healthy within a year or two were they have stopped or removed the cancer. I am telling you this to give you some hope. They said that he was guaranteed to die, just like you but he made a recovery due to sheer willpower. Keep it up, I hope you get to spend more time with your family.

Dan, you will probably never know how much of a positive impact you have had on people. Particularly for fellow rare metastatic cancer fighters like myself. Praying for you Dan.. I hope you do not have to suffer too much. Just had a family member pass on from brain cancer. We had a very hard time because she chose to go to Switzerland and "die with dignity". I had very mixed feelings about, but she was truly suffering, and even if I did not agree with her decision, I am glad to not have to see her suffer anymore and that she is in a better place!

My uncle has cancer, my grandfather died because of cancer. I was watching him very often, saw him shitting in bad, but im not a faggot i do know rules of nature and i do accept them. Coz it's commonly prescribed as adjunct cancer-care treatment here in the States as well. I had 12 rounds of it a couple years ago, and tolerated it really well. @@jinxterpinxter here is my point. Chemo is poison and doesn’t treat the root cause. Eventually if you get too much chemo it will destroy the body. Also when cancer is cut it will spread rapidly to the lymph nodes and blood. In Dan case when they cut his cancer initially it spread to the lymph nodes and from there it took over. In my opinion it was probably better not to cut anything out from the beginning and treat the root cause. Because there got to be reason for him to get this cancer. Genetic can be factor but we can see that none one else in his family had cancer so I have to think that some environmental factor affected him like tattoos or deodorant who knows?
@sauloptimus75 it may have and that's the scary part. I started taxol yesterday and 25 mins in my chest started hurting, breathing became short and my throat started to tighten. Now it has me questioning should I go through with it or try the natural route. My keytruda and Carbo infusions went perfectly fine. It was the toxal that scared me

You popped up in my recommended videos and I have to say I’m glad you did. I lost my dad 7 years ago and never really dealt with it. In watching a few of your videos you have already opened me up to remember the great three months me and my dad had before he past. Your positive attitude has brought that out. I wish you well and I have subbed to continue your journey with you. Thank you for the light you have shed on my darkness!!
Have they been good enough to give you the two prognosis of time with the chemo vs. without? I know you want to push to the very very very end as hard as you can no matter the pain, but my niece passed from terminal breast cancer at 28. FOr a long time the chemo did give her more time/quality of life. In the end though she was in the same boat as you, of course, pushing for more more more time no matter what. At a certain point she really was at the phase with chemo where the same time frame stood with or without chemo and the chemo just made quality of life so much lower. It was terrible to watch and so painful to endure. I know it's hard to decide, and beyond hard to say, "Enough." Hindsight is 20/20 of course and we know now that she really wouldn't have hurt any worse or had any less time without it there at the end. You have to do what you feel is best. I just hope they're not playing up the chemo more than they should. The side effects are so horrendous one would only want to take it if it was going to truly prolong your life, and only then if you decide its worth the pain. Wish you the best. We have a 17 year old who has been without her mom since she was 12. Cancer is an asshole.
Sharon Brucks You have no idea what I saw. Who I lost. What I watched her go through. I wouldn't put the end of her life on my worst enemy. She was convinced more more more chemo would just add one more week, one more week. And in the end it stopped adding and it started crippling her. At at certain point you do have to face these decisions and he is at that point with his doctors. He has said as much. As someone who has lived side by side with end stage cancer my point of view, what I watched, and what she went through IS extremely valid. People think the only way you can support a person with terminal cancer is to just keep saying, "Oh you'll beat it. You'll get better," but when a person has moved to palliative care it's helpful to know what others have done and gone through. Don't judge me for wanting to face a very delicate subject to give him some information I wish ANYONE would have frankly given my niece. I was 27 by the way. She was raised like my sister. It took my childhood away and I watched it go slowly in agony. I don't want others to go like that. We all have to go, but we can decide how we do it.

I don't think so, as it was known from the start that it couldn't be cured for good because of the type of cancer it is.
Chris Bling I've heard that before in other cases, that if they cut the cancer but don't remove it completely, the disturbance to it triggers it to rapidly multiply & spread.
@@blkbbw8295 thats why I don't believe in biopsies, it seems that after they cut into a lump to test it, almost in every case I know the person declined rapidly right after, if God forbid, I ever have a lump, I'll just tell them let it be or treat me as if I already have it
