  • Caparison between the Walther PPQ M2 and the Glock 19. Both are very similar sized handguns geared to the concealed carry market. the Glock 19 is the staple as about the perfect size concealed carry handgun. the Walther PPQ is a more refined gun that for all intents and purposes should be the better carry gun. the Glock 19, with its longevity and aftermarket options makes it still the gun to beat!
If you are looking for Glock replacement sights, here a few links to some I like. purchasing from these links helps fund the channel.

The Walther is way ahead when it comes to accuracy, trigger and quality. It's more expensive of course, but if you want the best of the best - you're buying a Walther handgun.

I own both the ppq and G19. Had my chl class a few days ago. Took my ppq for the class. At the range were all glocks and 1 S&W M&P n one Taurus. Not gonna lie I'm not that great at shooting handguns but God dam my grouping were amazing compare to everyone else that I saw. To me I say it's more the gun. That's why I took my ppq because I know it works better for me than a gkock.

Just got the PPQ my 1st 9mm also my 1st non Glock. The PPQ is a smooth weapon. I expected more of a snappy type recoil. I’m used to all my Glocks. Just felt different. The triggers reset is amazing. My final 3 was PPQ-VP9-CZ- p10. I choose PPQ. I did have a budget. I got The PPQ m2 4inch. For 400 came with 3 15 round mags. My budget was 600.

Nice video! One thing I didn't hear you mention was the difference in the grip angle. At least for me, as an old 1911 guy the PPQ has a very natural feel in the hand that does not require a distorted grip angle, whereas I have to contort my wrist to point the Glock. I realize that it's just a matter of use and practice, but a lot of us who grew up shooting 1911s simply don't like the ergonomics of the Glock. Forrest

both are excellent, as for aftermarket availability the PPQ really doesn't need anything else, out of the box new, it's fantastic. one thing that the author doesn't mention is the grip angle of the PPQ in my humble opinion is superior to the G19 - for me it just drops right back into firing position. the only sidearm that comes close to the PPQ M2 for me is the H&K VP9 ( it took me a very long time deciding which of the two I wanted) I got a better deal on the PPQ over the VP9 and that was the deal maker for me. oh and as for the trigger it's not really a light trigger it's around 5 pounds, it's just super crisp and the reset is amazing- along with the grip angle it's devastating on center mass at the range.

They will give you a longer sight radius for accuracy and I know the Glock 34 has a lighter trigger out of the box, again to help with accuracy. They are both fantastic for competition, but I would recommend trying both in your hand and see what feels better and has a more natural point of aim for you. Especially for competition shooting.
