    I own both and you can’t go wrong with either one. I have to say the trigger ,on the PPQ is one of the best.

    I own both guns and both are awesome! However, if i had to choose between the two, I would choose the VP9. Its a better overall package.

    I am enjoying your video comparisons great job. When you show the trigger I would like to see the actual trigger move instead/opposite of your finger. Other than that keep up the good work

    Which one Is easier to rack have more confortable trigger and grip for someone with sensitive hands.Does the vp have a bit less recoil?Thanx very Much for your reply

      @MarksmanTV  Před 6 lety +1

      Yes, I would definitely say so. They are both great pistols with little recoil. The VP9 just feels alittle more comfortable to me, especially while shooting.

    Own both and would prefer the HK mostly because of the grip options even though they both fit excellent in the hands

    • @Knifestories
      @Knifestories Před 7 lety +1

      wickeddynamix Heads up on VP9. There is a groove for the trigger to travel through inside the trigger guard. This is a major pinch for you trigger finger if you place your finger low on the trigger. Other than that it is a toss up. I prefer the PPQ better. Much easier to conceal. Also their customer service is second to none. 48 hour turnaround time for repairs. Have fun shooting!

      The PPQ is a far more robust and durable design: www.defensereview.com/walther-ppq-m1-classic-versus-heckler-koch-hk-vp9-high-capacity-polymer-frame-striker-fired-combattactical-9mm-pistol-face-off/

    Does anyone know if Walther is making an SK version for CCW? I'd love a 12 rd version of the PPQ M2 that takes the larger mags.

    • @stopthephilosophicalzombie9017
      @stopthephilosophicalzombie9017 Před 7 lety

      I've been asking Walther to produce a compact version of the PPQ ever since it came out. There's no word, but hopefully they will introduce one eventually. I pray every Shot show to get good news. The P99c didn't come out until *several* years after the original, so there's still hope.

    I don't understand these videos - call it a review not a versus if you are not going to evaluate or pick a winner???

    • @FoxBonly
      @FoxBonly Před 5 lety +2

      Versus doesn't have to mean comparison nor an evaluation. It can mean as he does in the videos. Simply comparing one versus the other.

  • @haroldmcdaniel3702
    @haroldmcdaniel3702 Před 6 lety +1

    I think the trigger on the vp9 is smoother than the ppq, plus I like the ears on the hk.

  • @stopthephilosophicalzombie9017

    H&K cut too many corners on the VP9, and it is not a combat ready pistol, per HK. The PPQ is however. The results of MAC's torture test is indicative of this. It did very poorly when introduced to sand and mud.
    Also the PPS steel sights are easily adapted to the PPQ with a minimum of filing. They also can be converted to night sights by inserting tritium vials from www.mixglo.com

    1:43 - I have a serious question. Why does EVERY person showing a gun on youtube show that the gun has no round in the chamber? What difference does it make to us?
    We're over here. What do we care if you blow yourself up? We're not next to you. It'd be like a computer guy showing you that the computer is unplugged before showing you how to install a video card. We don't care.
    What a weird custom. Absolutely NO reason to show us that except to waste our time.

    • @nirv
      @nirv Před 4 lety

      @Matt M Every single gun video I have watched and every single video I'm going to watch is going to tell me about gun safety? Okay. I get it already. Imagine being told to eat breakfast every day every single day of your life. You'd get REAL sick of it real fast. Hey Matt. Make sure to eat food. Drink water. Now get ready for me to tell you that EVERY SINGLE DAY of your life. Let's see how fast you get upset about it.
