Wouter Kuijpers first off, the allegations against Biden had already been looked into by multiple parties, including the EU, a while ago, and no damning evidence was found. Second of all, even IF the allegations are true, and Biden is guilty of corruption, it does not erase Trump’s wrongdoings about the issue. Biden would drop out of the race, yes, but Trump would be in real danger. You can’t keep using whataboutism to excuse his actions. After all, if the issue is so non-threatening to him as he said, why is he not releasing the whistleblower complaint? Why was it never sent to Congress by his/her superior to begin with, as it should have been? The Senate voted on seeing that complaint, and refusing to do so at this point will not only look highly suspicious, it will be downright illegal.

I have to say, I'm with Pelosi on this one. While it's tempting to say that he should have been impeached earlier, the reality is that in order for his impeachment to win in the Senate they need UNDENIABLE evidence of a crime. The GOP has no interest in holding Trump accountable and they control the Senate, so it was best to wait for an impeachable offense that forces their hand. If the house Democrats jumped the gun and failed, any further impeachment attempts would have far less credibility in the public eye. Even this incident will probably not be enough and a second attempt at impeachment for any other future offense may be less likely to succeed.

But, laughing might be the only things that helps us keep our sanity.
Our democracy was gone before trump got into office. Elections are rigged, our votes dont matter and we have no power ..UNTIL WE ALL STAND UP TOGETHER risking our lives to get money out of politics and demand the changes we deserve. When we all stop playing their game (stop buying stuff) and vote OUT people who take money.. then change will come. The younger generations are being educated the past few years and continue to gain knowledge, waking up. Change will come but trump is just the symptom of the disease that is our entire govt run by corporate donors.
@@CJCurlee Oh, I couldn't agree more. Big $ needs to be taken out of politics, period. And I actually believe Trump is, among other things, being used to see just how far our justice system can be pushed by these corrupt in power.
We have ONE person capable of taking on these powerful corporations, lobbyists, agencies, and politicians. We can't make the same mistake we made in 2016

That’s illegal. Don’t forget, Trump is the president, not anyone else.
