Ingredients:
To boil:
1. Penne pasta 1.5 cup
2. water 5 cup
3. salt 1 tbsp
4. oil 1 tbsp
For vegetables:
1. oil 1.5 tbsp
2. garlic-ginger paste 1 tsp
3. Mixed vegetables 1 cup
4. salt 1/2 tsp
5. black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
6. chili flakes: 1/2 tsp
For white sauce:
1. Butter 3 tbsp
2. 2. garlic-ginger paste 1 tsp
3. all-purpose flour 2 tbsp
4. Milk 2 cup
5. salt 1/2 tsp
6. chili flakes: 1/2 tsp
7. black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
8. mix herbs 1 tsp
9. mozzarella cheese 2/3 tbsp

Can we use mayonnise instead of the sauce?
Adding mayo might actually change texture and flavour and won't turn out like the video and also it has different ingridients and sauce hits different and has different ingridient and I added mayo before it ended up being very chunky but if u want you can try it out
