It is called Hyzod HD. It is a glazing material rated at 800 F. I buy it from the company that cuts the plates for me. Unlike rubber type gaskets, you can torque these down as much as you need.
I would say around 7 lbs. should do it, but with this gasket material, you can torque it as much as you need to seal it. The brass looks nice, but I feel more comfortable with the watts nylon hose barbs. Plus they cost $1.68 at my local Lowes.
I have a ’97 (GM) Saturn SW1. I'm interested in any HHO info, kits, plans that are most suitable for my '97 (GM) Saturn SW1 1.9L SOHC. I'd also like to connect with anyone actually has an HHO successfully running on an S-Series Saturn. Can you recommend anyone who can give such a testimonial? Thanks, TG
Hello.Im really intersting to build by my own one. Please help. I do have couple questions about it. So here there are. How muck will be coast to cut holes on one plate with laser cuts?
Ruslan Makhmudov you don't need the fancy crap. Just drill the holes, do some light filing and sanding. I make them for free with just looking around for scrap stuff. Tire shop and old truck inner tube and I've got enough gasket material for a bunch of generators. Coffee can full of nuts and bolts for a quarter. Couple bucks for a roll of plastic hose for insulation between the bolts and plates. Scrap stainless basically free look around some.
Andreas G. Because the wet cell is submerged in the liquid, and the dry cell the liquid is inside, and there is very little liquid inside at any given time. Only the amount that fills the spaces inside the gaskets and the small open spaces between the plates. Dry cell you only see some bubbles of liquid in the hoses. A wet cell is like s swimming pool for the plates. So a dry cell is safer. And also easier to handle, install, and maintain.

hey eagle good music
you can use felt to act like a gas barrier when wet... allows for sepparation of 2H² and O²
I like the way your cell is put together, how thick are the plastic ends? do you have any problems with the fittings bottoming out on the ss plate?
Thanks bro :)
The Acrylic ends are 3/8 thick. I ground down the barbed fittings to seat flush with the inside of the end plate.

can you get me all the materials to make one of that cell that looks very good or where can i buy the material
Hi there,
Nice job!
Could you tell me the kind of gaskets and the thickness of 316 plates?
What are you using for gasket material between the plates and where do you get it at?
it will operate as 4X4 due to the space occupied by the gasket
Hello, how much for the kit. How do I determine what size for my motorhome and dullay?
Thanks,
Frank
How did you insulate the bolts?
what about trying to building a Graphene hho wet cell or dry cell
mi pregunta es si el acero inoxidable 316 L ES el adecuado, por que he tratado con otros y tienden a oxidarse.
How did they steal it? What can be done about that?
Where is the gasket made of ??
No, I have nylon tubing over the bolts as insulation. God Bless.
i think the water is pumped into the cell without it having to be submersed to recieve the HHO gas
hi lad is there any pdf or sketch for this build i like to make it

It is around 1:17 in the video.
All the plates are now shorted together because the bolts are going through them.
FRIEND FROM COLOMBIA. NICE JOB. YOU HAVE A MANUAL GUIDE TO BUILD THIS CELL AND YOUR INSTALATION. AS BE IN SPÃNISH NICE AS NOT OK.THANKS
Really should have used neutral plates, 1 pos 1 neg
Oh, I didn't see you add them in this video.

Thanks for sharing that. Do you sell these? I would also like to know where you get the plates lazer cut?
its connect to a electricity
I hope you can sell me some supplies. I would like to buy some cells
can this design be used to ionize water also?
Darryl Kennedy
No.
I make it ss seet 20 no gauge but not high hydrogen not come to silendar......
why do you call it dry cell?
