The pop tarts were originally a breakfast item and still are sometimes. But they eventually turned into more of a snack.
And to me they are totally different when toasted, don't like them straight out of the package, too dry

As kids we used to freeze the charleston chews and then they lasted wayyyy longer lol especially in summer. Vanilla is the best one!

You can just eat the pop tarts straight from the bag...good for emergencies lol But they are good toasted as well BUT strawberry is by far the superior flavor...gives you a good ratio of filling to frosting to pastry.

Was in England for 6 months studying and found a store in Reading that sells American snack. So many flavours of pop tarts, different candies, cereal and other sweets. Pop tarts are great. I'm from South Africa and whenever I find them I buy some. Toasting them makes them even better!

I'm so glad you liked the pop tarts. My favorites are the frosted fruit ones, strawberry, and blueberry especially. Haven't had a Twinkie in years, but they were some of my favorite lunch box treats. Sorry you got sick eating all that stuff.

The Charlston Chew regular is vanilla nougat and covered in chocolate.
A float is 2-3 scoops of vanilla ice cream served in a tall mug, with root beer poured over. Super fizzy & sweet. Eaten with a spoon from the mug, then after the ice cream is gone, drink down the remaining root beer.
Oh man, I miss the actual A&W rootbeer drive ins. You could get rootbeer in a frosted mug, so good!
Andy Kapps... you need to try the Hot Fries, way better than the cheddar fries. I'm from the U.S. and I've never heard of an UNO Bar and Baby Ruth is nothing like a Snickers, lol... freeze the Charleston Chew!!! It's the only way to eat them and freezing them is a game changer.

Working from savory thru sweet might have been better, or savories and sweets separated completely. Those coffee drinks are best when you put them in the freezer about 45 minutes - not too long or they might break. Shake the bottle real well before opening and you get a coffee slushy drink.

I don't know what Mt Dew was thinking with that flavor! Never seen it before. My teen son loves the baha blast flavor and they have a melon flavor which are great!
The pop tart. You can eat that toasted from a toaster or you could eat it straight out of the bag some people eat pop tarts for breakfast. That’s why they’re so big.

We always serve the soda (fizzy drink) over ice. That would really help the doctor pepper. Also the best way to eat a peep is to roast it over an open flame. Get them nice and toasty. That's also the start of a smore. The Mr goodbar is disgusting now. I don't think they are roasting the peanuts and the peanuts are not salted in anyway. And the only way to eat spicy nacho Doritos is with a tall glass of ice cold Pepsi. And pop tarts are toasted in a toaster to warm them through. And I like a little color on them. But if you toast them the filling can get really hot so be careful eating them.
As an American I've never heard of u-no or fruity pebbles bar. I do love a good moon pie 😂

As an American hooked on Andy Kapp’s Cheddar Fries, I was so happy to see you got them. But, as an American that’s been over to England, I can promise you that our Dr. Pepper is different from yours. It’s so much sweeter. It took me a month to stop thinking your regular sodas weren’t diet.
