    pls i don't understand why would someone use a pad and wash like 10 of them after periods like it's so inefficient????

      Its not always about the efficiency. For myself, my three pads, and two liner pads (all reusable cloth) along with occasional disposables and tampons, has cut down on about 100$ a year, and on top of that, I don't have a lot of my PMS symptoms anymore, due to lack of inherent leaching bi products, from even the nicest organix cotton disposables. I still do the same amount of laundry a week, that has not changed. Overall, it has more benefit than not to go reusable cloth..women have done it for the history of the earth in some fashion.. disposable plastic pads have only been a modern invention.

      It’s not inefficient. They can easily be washed with regular laundry that people do everyday. Disposables are filled with cancer causing chemicals and also do not decompose for hundreds of years. So absolutely no waste using cloth pads. Healthier and more eco friendly :)
