- The girls prepare to sleep over at Cleo's for the full moon, to try to protect themselves from any water attack. Lewis makes preparations of his own by installing cameras in the Moon Pool cavern, in an attempt to capture the mysterious water tentacle on film, and learn more about how it is created. Will, meanwhile, decides to revisit the Moon Pool to continue with his investigations there, and drops by Cleo's to ask Bella to come with him.

That Will is getting into my nerves. When I was a kid, I thought that it was just some sort of curiosity but now that I'm grown up, I can see now the foreshadowing in this. Humans are represented by Will, curious humans that will do everything to satisfy their curiosity. And Mako island is our environment that has a lot of mysteries that shouldn't be revealed in the first place. Why can't just humans leave the nature alone and let things as it is? There are things that can't be explained even if you tried to dug up answers. And interfering with nature can result to destruction of itself.

Erin Marlow they could still be mermaids and not be affected by the moon 0.0 just because the moon isn’t as powerful over them anymore doesn’t mean they aren’t mermaids....it’s just from the years of practice they’ve had you can even tell in season 2 some episodes the moon doesn’t bother them as badly as it did before because they were getting used to it...and in Mako mermaids the girls also weren’t affected by the moon because they had years of practice and when Zac and evil became a merman/mermaid they got moonstruck and had to learn how to deal with it then in later seasons the moon didn’t bother them as badly

Rewatching this show for the 3rd time because of quarantine, and i've just realised how perfect this will guy is. Like literally he can do anything he's athletic, he can hold his breath for a long time underwater, he can ride a bike to win a race, he can train dolphin, he even fixes furniture on his own, and now he can also sketch. I know he's probably not so smart since he still needs tutoring, but that's a heck lot of activities to be so good at.. not even gonna be surprise if he somehow plays music too. And he also very good looking, even better looking than zane.
If there's one thing this show has taught me, it is to : NEVER EVER EVEN IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT TO TRUST REDHEADS!

Sophie. She's intentionally ruined people's chance of finding a job, and she's a grown woman intentionally chasing after a seventeen year old boy who's already in a committed relationship. That's creepy and trying to break up a relationship is a terrible thing to do. Plus she was rude as soon as she was introduced as a character. Charlotte sucked ass but that's because she let her family history delude her and inflate her ego which at least is something understandable (though still inexcusable behavior). Plus in the first ten episodes of season 2 at least she hadn't started being mean yet. Her attitude only went downhill after episode 11. Sophia was awful as soon as she was introduced and with no explanation behind her awful behavior.

Theory:The water in the moon pool is made of past mermaids who got turned into water.That's why the water has magical abilities and can float similiar to cleos power where she can make water fly.
I think that the water gets more and more power from the mermaids that got it taken away such as Grady and Charlotte.
