The green has a different taste that's all..and also the green is not so hot so there's not tomatoes in it...

I went to Nigeria,i spent a year there,and it was xmas,i stayed with a Nigerian family, and it was xmas, my Nigerian man came with plenty green plantains,they dont know the green is iron,it was plenty and it started rotten,one day i wake up and found they were ready to throw away all the over ripe plantain, i said what so ure telling me u dont know what do with this overipe plantain,to cut short,i show them kelewere, and krakro, the whole area came to pur house to taste , Were is mad in Yoruba so it became thier gist,they don't even know u can use cabbage for stew,to them its for only salad ,infact i show them plenty dishes, all is creatvity, Ghanians dont talk too much so we think deep.

Okay the white shell egg cook easily and easy to pile when trying to take off the skin without taking the egg along with it .

But both is good we still use the brown one when the white one isnt available
Everyone loves their mothers food so it's ok for Ghanians to praise their food but a lot if Nigerians in Ghana only eat Nigerian food and that's why there's massive Nigerian foodstuffs stores ,even Ghanian are now selling Nigerian foodstuffs.
I and my friends only eats Nigerian food but i guess some Nigerians who's not able to cook our food eats what they can afford,
The only thing i eat are fried yam from the hot pan and banku but l use my own soup to eat it .
We have two different types of fowls one is Broiler and the white ones are called layers so both eggs have their slightest differences so sometimes you will see the brown one with white mix but all the same the Green pepper has nice flavors so that is mild and the red ones are spice but combined the two is to one is a bomb

The egg color doesn’t matter, the pepper it just pepper they taste slightly different. We eat balanced diet meals. We are even thought in school how important it is to eat balanced diets. Nigerian food is not bad either

Both peppers are great my dear,it actually depends on your preference. We use both white and brown eggs hun it's also subjective to who you meet selling it cos some may have the white,others the brown.
