- Let’s rewind to August 2021👉 @mollycarlson1, now a permanent diver at the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series in 2022, takes you along while practicing at @area47 last summer to prepare for the rest of the remaining Red Bull Cliff Diving Season. Her efforts where met with a full spot on the World Series in the upcoming year, raising her from mere “Wildcard”-status to a “Permanent Diver”. Congrats Molly!

Amazing spirit, I just discovered Molly. This 54 year old thinks she is amazing. Enjoying life to the fullest, such a talented, lovely spirit.
I don't know who's brain is so different. I can't even look at you diving off the high platforms without anxiety where you seem to have no fear at all. I also was an Airborne Ranger in the Army and jumped from many airplanes with only mild anxiety. You have far more courage than I do. Really nice clip.

Does anybody know if they r taking a shower before or have some means of cooling themselves down, or do they jump straight with a dry body into the cold water?
The body has to be dry so the skin doesn't slip when they grab it. They take a shammy with them (very absorbant towel) to be perfectly dry.

As a fellow Canadian, I can tell you she got that energy from growing up in the biting cold and isolation of Northern Ontario. You need to keep your spirits high when you're outside and it's below -20⁰C. There isn't a fake molecule in her body as far as I can see. I'd call it "The Canadian Spirit."
