I like this kind of stuff.. I am 50 and have been doing all kinds of things with guns since i was 13. Bedding actions on bolt guns, Building them etc. Now I am revisiting pistols and like watching SEAL dudes teach these skills. I like the professionalism and polite demeanor of the folks on these vids here and appreciate that they act like gentlemen as we all should strive to do. Thanks for the cool content

Get a set of hand grippers and put an empty case inside squeeze and hold the empty case like your holding a pistol and work your trigger finger like your shooting without dropping the empty case

When I was a conscript recruit in the Singapore army, we learnt proper trigger squeeze with a coin place on top of our rifle muzzle or scope. If we jerked the trigger and didn't do a proper trigger squeeze, the coin would drop.

I find that follow up shots have a bad pull because recovering from the recoil my hand tightens. Any thoughts?

Love these videos. I have the Sig X Macro. Can't find a dry fire mag, I hope they are able to make one. I'd also like to try the CoolFire Mag, but again, they do not make it for my X Macro. I got the MantisX X3 and the Laser Academy, so I am hoping to use these techniques as I dry fire at home and then translate it into live fire. Thanks for this video series!

To be honest, you don't NEED a dryfire mag to train the skills you're working with dry fire practice. It's a nice tactile cue but that's it. Once you're decently familiar with your gun's trigger, you'll find that you can reset your finger to the "wall" position even when the striker is no longer cocked.

Thanks for this. Always looking for tips to improve my shooting. One question: on target transition, how is your footwork? The closeups showed your movement from the waist up. Did you move your feet at all?

My trigger finger is already lonely after the last 2 years of ammo prices, I'd feel bad isolating him anymore. 😁😁

One thing you never address in any of these videos is trigger finger placement. Some shooting instructors teach the traditional placing the trigger on the pad of the trigger finger while others now say to get as much finger on the trigger as possible-- even going all the way to the second knuckle to get more of a "fulcrum" effect. Or, does it matter? What do you recommend?
