  • I used to be anxious, I used to be stressed, and I experienced a few massive burnouts before my first ayahuasca experience. Now it’s been about 8-months since my first experience in a luxury resort called Rythmia in Costa Rica, so the question is: Have I changed since the experience, or am I back to the way I was before trying ayahuasca? And will I drink ayahuasca again? Let’s find out.

Wow, this is exciting, looking forward to your next video and I hope it goes well and easier for you this time!
Would also love to hear more on how exactly it changes your perspective on what life is, why we are here and so on for those of us not ready to take that leap yet. Of course listening to someone else's experience can't convey it fully, but it would still be very interesting to try and understand.
Between you and your friends who also did it, are there any shared commonalities or is the experience and what you learn from it very personal to each of you?

@@yourinception It is, its not like we are born sick and we need to heal until we die...
we should not give so much attention to body and health so that it becomes an obsession and a path of endless healing, and cleansing, and so on... we should be whole and complete at this moment, or if you will it in a religious way; give your life to God...
not that i'm saying hard work, discipline and basic care for health or striving for more is inherently bad, but I think this path of endless healing is wrong... 1 hour meditation, 1 hour grounding, 10 sups a day, every meal planned, sleep routine, cleansing, fasting, psy trips, more trips, more special drugs, new guru, new retreat, it's not fixing anything, but rather exponentially growing of what you have to do more and more to achieve what at the end is nothing, or even sliding of into a destructive path where many went... when at the same moment there is some random guy, who eats a burger no sups and is more fit than you, less stress and more fun and success without any need to spent so much money to puke and trip, and its not just like that, its a big thing about dont giving a fuck and accepting life, still working hard and doing what has to be done like a man, and accepting general reality and your self and just being, working, and doing normal stuff, from time to time something ,,advanced" and doing fine...
just observe people who have been doing it for 20-40 years and see where they got with it... to often its a place where they have to do so much more (cleansing, healing meditating) before they even started and where they do not really feel any better...
from a religious point of view its a pure exposure to demons, who trick you for false bliss so that you need more, and never find it, but it seemed like something more is there so you have to go again, and so on... but you get also to feel worse and to puke... when going to God (prayer + fasting or by his mercy), there is a different bliss and love, much stronger and cleaner, you get it with no doubt and there are no -bad- side effects
