Hello and welcome to BOAB Models - today we'll be starting to build the Ferrari SF90 Spider model kit in 1/24 from Alpha Model. Big thanks to Alpha Model for sending me this kit to build. Take a look and let me think.
The SF90 Spider is an open-top variant of the SF90 Stradale equipped with a retractable hardtop. It is the first Ferrari plug-in hybrid car offered as an open-top variant. It is also the most powerful non-limited convertible car in the world, having a combined power of 1,000 PS. The previous record was held by the Ferrari 812 GTS. Performance is very similar to the closed-body variant and on par with LaFerrari Aperta.

Nice progress on the SF 90. I'll be watching
Excellent job putting in the details. It is looking great. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers, Michae 👍
Great job Thomas!!! Engine and interior look really good. At first glance I thought you were showing a shot of actual engine very nice. 👍😎
Haha - thanks, Richard. It's nice that this has an engine as many of these resin kits don't.
excellent work thomas!!🍻🍻
Many thanks!
Really cool.
Thanks a lot
👍👏👏👏
Looks really good!
Thanks Larry
One of th ebiggest pains in modelling seems to be how to hold small parts while detailing or decaling them, maybe you could do with a third arm! Impressive it has pre cut carbon, really useful!
Thanks, James. Yeah - I've seen some builders use angle poise arm things to hold stuff. Maybe when I get a permanent model desk I'll look into something like that.
Wanna endure real pain and suffering try a model form model factory hiro
Those kits look amazing but I think I'd need to abandon all other responsibilities to complete a kit of that detail.
