steel grasp is procing ancients oath power for some reason.
atm im running the build with Charge + Ancestral Charge, mainly cause of Paingorger's effect which marks enemies hit with non basic, so basically everything the 4additional barbs from Ancestral Charge also hits, and then cleaving with bash, the paingorger allows me to still hit the targets that Bash can't quite reach
Hey there rob I'm following your guide for this build and for the rings and weapons you have crit strike damage as a temper using berserking finesse well that isn't a thing it only gives you damage while berserking, wrath of berserker active or damage while war cry is active
Do you need Rouge tempers?

Bash definitely feels stronger. In my opinion it’s the pain gorgers reaction to mobs.. I don’t think it was working properly before and is now multiplying damage across all marked enemies as intended
I think it stays now active and it´s not used after the first hit as the text says it feels and is way stronger but not intended i guess

Rob, I see in your video that your bleed ticks twice a second. I'm not getting that effect, it seems to be ticking only once a second. What Im I doing wrong?
I have a Shako, a grandfather and pain gorger, can i run the tyreals might bleed build or should i run the bleed hota build till i get a tyreals might?
Hey Rob I just had this happen to me on the test dummy and I wasn't using tyrael's. My build usually only gets up to about 300 million dot damage right now but for some reason it got up to 2 billion today
Rob, how do you keep your bezerking active, just with steel grasp?
Im running this build but I changed a few things. I changed might aspect for undying (for better Tyreals might upkeep + the chest has DR anyway)
Then change the raid leader into Guttural Yell. With this you have better max HP upkeep and still have high DR.
Also only use disembowel glyph when doing high pit runs, if youre doing anything else then high pit, use undaunted instead.
That is interesting, I'll have to give it a go. What tier are you pushing before/after your changes?

My bash cleave tempers are all only critted once per weapon.

Hi Rob, is it better to swap paingorger's gauntlets with max but not GA attack speed and crit and 200% aspect for GA attack speed and crit and 160% aspect?
yeaGA atk speed and crit chance is better
normally 200 is better, unless ur ats doesnt hit the frame breakpoint, ur need extra 4% to do so

It seems that the paingorgler´s effekt stays active for 3 seconds and reflects the damage from all attacks not just the first one as the text says so if more enemys surwive more hits its fast stack up
How is the bleed applied in bash iron starter build?
I never seen HOTA proc once in the vid did you not use it or did I miss something ? And as usual planner does not match vid
I wasn't getting any upgrades so I took the time off hard stuck on 105 before the patch. I just cleared 113 but I don't have time to push before work.

Hey Rob, is Tyreal’s Might suitable for direct bash without bleed? On your Tyreal Direct Bash setup , the skills points are still on Tough as Nails and not on Raid Leader. I noticed that Tyreal is not proccing much as my hp is always not full while engaging on the mobs. And with the chest being changed to Tyreal, we lose one slot of resist, how did you get max res (except poison)?

You need atleast two resistance on gear. I have on on ring. So u can try to get them on rings or amulet or on pants
is the new damage on tyraels worth it or are you just wearing it as a defensive?
buffed Tyrael’s damage is good now, but the defence stats are what makes it an S-tier item.
You certainly don’t need one, though, I can clear a 130 pit without Tyrael’s on my bash Barb (three shouts with steel grasp standard bash HotA build, not focused on scaling bleed damage)
I was experiencing this pre patch it would happen randomly when gushing wounds would overpower and I used a skill on basically the same frame. I couldn’t tell which skill but bleed ticks would go from 200m instantly to 1bill+.
How's the direct tyrael build? I was following the iron skin Uber guide until I got a tyraels might with decent rolls, even better with masterworking. Did see a video covering it
@christianm77 how so? Tried out robs planner on it when I got my tyrael but seems advantageous only when at full health but Alot harder to do without undying. Lots of constant potions/iron skin to keep it up. I guess for the bleed tyrael it would work, but trying to keep iron skin ability.
Following your guide, I clear 101s in 2 minutes.

Love the tyraels might setup! I jumped 20 plus tiers almost immediately.
I still have trouble maxing res. with tyraels, even with incense. I only have resist on my pants, 3 gems in ring/amulet, and all resist on Tyrael. Always ended up with 1 resist missing.
@@twinstars8812getting ga resists and masterworking the all resists is mostly what does it, which sucks bc masterworking the other stats is too good.
@@twinstars8812 get one resist on Boots. Instead of Strengh. Boots - Resist, Armor, War Cry.
im playing an iron skin/rupture bash barb. i have a shako and just added tyraels. but even before the ubers, the damage is absolutely insane.
What weapon stats should i be using in place of the grandfather? Have yet to get one so until I do any help is greatly appreciated…

went from farming 90s to easily pushing 120. buff was huge. I use Rupture for AOE popping instead of HOTA though.

Im playing direct damage with tyreals and pain gorgers, and i have very little bleed. i randomly hit for over a billion with a bleed proc no idea how it happens but ive killed tormented bosses in seconds where normally it takes 20 to 30 seconds.

Grandfather. Tyrael is the icing on the cake but grandfather is necessary for bleed bash
He's correct but you also need a rouge to temper on the crit DMG. The bleed and grandfather just isn't as viable till you can temper on crit DMG on all rings and and weapons. So continue to save extra pieces you will also want to stack a 10 to 1 ratio of crit DMG/vuln. So if you have 4k crit you want 400 vuln. It helps proc the bleed.
how are you getting 1b bleeds?
Is that really Crit Strike Damage like in the planner?? I have 2000+ CSD and only 400+ Vulne Dmg yet I only have 300M max dmg... followed all indicated in the planner

Noticed kinda the same a few days ago.
Had at first PG with 110%, crit ga and triple mw on crit, but before the patch i was mostly runnin with a leg Edgemaster Glove with also the same crit, same as and alot of crit dmg on top which boostet my crit dmg overall by almost 1000%. Did that cause for 101 it didnt matter if i had pg equipped, anything died from holybolt bleed dmg so i wanted faster bosskill. After the patch i just for fun ran a 125 which worked fine (7min) but i was noticing the missing pg, so i tried another run with my pg ( same crit chance overall, -1000 crit dmg) and of course the dungeon phase was feelin better but then at the boss i was noticing that my bleeds where stacking around double as high as the last run. Testet it after that at the dummy (i know these seem to be bugged aswell :D) and recieved similiar results. Btw i had every time a single target boss at these runs, add bosses should take more dmg for sure.
So it seems for me that the pg % is in any way affecting the bleed even in single target.
Bought directly a new pair of pg and hit the tripple mw yesterday aswell and my bleed dmg went also up a bit :D
For reference:
1700 str with tyraels (had above 2000 without :´) )
81%cchance
4900% cdmg with pg 58xx% with the leg glove
410 vuln
missing the third mw crit on each weapon but anything is atleast 2x and 1-2 ga also on anything
oh and +7 pants und +5 hh amu

a GA 3/3 MW tyreals is 50% DR(just from ele res not even counting the flat DR it also has) over not using it for all non-phys damage taken. Lets you ignore basically all mechanics and have 100% dps uptime always.

my guess is that tyraels might is double dipping bleeds just like holy bolts; this + pit nerf explains difference in power even without holy bolts

I have no uber unique after 100+ regular and torment duriels/Andy's. I'm close to my 4th spark. What should I craft? I was thinking grandfather just because I can't even move into the bleed variant without it. But I'm not sure.
Pretty sure Rob suggested Harlequin Crest. You use it for most builds and seems to be more important. Other classes use it often too so if you want to switch, you can have that Uber for other classes

Antivenin is the 2nd elixir 100% of the time since it's the only one you can add on top of the "normal" elixir.

Incenses: AllRes + Armor, Dodge Chance, AllStats + CritDmg + OverpowerDmg.

Don't buy gold to have fun! There is plenty of good fun build you can do un like 2 evenings of decent farm! Buying gold when you are new is just a waist because you wouldn't know how to really optimise your paid Items giving you don't yet know what builds to play
But whatever you do what you want with your money, that's just my take on it

It's the pain gorgers + the bash cleave the interaction between the two is double dipping in damage I think. When you pull mobs it it debuffs them to explode when you hit and since bash cleaves its double hitting the mobs and proccing the explosion twice + tyraels making it proc a third time stacking the damage? Just a theory
How can you get Crit Dmg tempering a weapon? I can not see that stat when rolling tempers

It’s luck finding the manual, it tends to drop between level 55-65. Or at least that was my experience when I did this. Bear in mind you have to be in WT4 to get the legendary version of the temper manual, so level 55 minimum is recommended

the bleed damage builds up to the billions/tick and seems to level out. maybe its the op triggered proc bleed building up and stacking

I've been playing Diablo since the very first game on PC.. When we used dial-up, lol... Alot of my friends use other people's builds nowadays; and I always thought that was weird.. Like, why can't you build your own!? You gotta "copy" someone else's?

you need ubers and the ability to temper crit damage onto stuff from a rogue

Its the tyraels might that causes the weird interaction. I did some testing and it seems that when i have this chest on, my dmg numbers are somehow replicated on the same frame causing some huge bleeds. Lets say bash crits for 80k. Without the the tyraels i see the number one time. With tyraels i see the exact same number 2 times

Hes got 1lightning on legs, ruby in jewel, saphhire and amethyst, probably rocking antivenin for poison
The build planner assumes you have your gear masterwork and are using proper consumes. They are end game builds if you want a starter build use the builds labeled as such.
Which Build can you recommend for shako and starless skies Ring ? I do not found any with Both

my theory for whats happening here: paingorgers are proccing off each individual enemy hit, spreading multiple hits onto the boss per bash

I use a combination of raid leader & health potions - no need undying anymore I rather take might

@@Mpampel Do you have everything masterwork 12/12 with procs in all the right places? Play the build you like and have the correct gear for. If you don't have the gear you won't be doing the damage.
@@Mpampelu use hota with the tyraeo anyway there isn't much difference, tho I've tried iron skin with the barrier damage aspect and it's been tearing and I'm basically always full health combined with raid leader l don't even really use health pots either

If you don't have gf don't play the bleed vs you want gf before Tyrael's so play the bash vs without bleed
Use a normal legendary 925 chest with max health, strength and either armour or resistance to reach your cap, with the might or undying aspect, or even aspect of bul kathos if you’re using the leap variant of the build

Hey you watching this video. You will never hit for numbers like this. This is a full time job for Rob and he is given discounts and free gear that youll never get. No hate just truth for the people out there stressing over their builds trying to copy.
I agree with the sentiment that most people shouldn’t stress if they can’t 1:1 replicate this…however….most of the people in the top of the clears aren’t full time CC’s, they have channels so they have a place to uploads the videos for proof and may need to touch grass, but I doubt even 2/3 of them are full time.
Which is to say ppl COULD replicate this if they played it like a second job…or farmed WAY too much gold and lived on some of the seller sites.

It's true but I copied his direct bash build and it's been very OP, certain variants require good gear to work like Flay but some can get really good without amazing gear, even if yes, almost no one will have this kind of gear

This post should be pinned on all his videos. It’s so true. He’s out here with 88% crit chance and 5,000% crit damage. Rocking uniques with 4 greater affixes and max rolled… totally unrealistic, even for heavy d4 players
I am using bash barb HotA but without the grandfather so please investigate how to do such damage.
You don’t need grandfather. Use normal 2H with bash cleaves temper and masterwork everything to 12/12. Pit 130 is easily achievable with normal bash + HotA build now

If its a chain reaction from mobs, it can only be the Gushing Wounds overpower explosion, right? Paingorgers does no AoE, just damage to marked enemies.
If can be Paingorgers because it lets every mob take the same damage the other ones take. so if you pull them all in with steelgrasp and aoe them with bash, they all take damage and share all their taken damage with all the other mobs at the same time (boss included) maybe this wasnt working right before.
