Calling some of the broader input ‘analysis’ is very generous. Biles knows adversity better than most, and it was notable who her heaviest criticism came from. Her leadership was really very inspiring for many who are often not heard. I’d love to see you interview Simone one day. Women add nuance and emotional awareness that is often - even usually - lacking in men. Leadership & self sacrifice are in many ways synonymous, and almost by definition, leadership is something very poorly understood.. including in many who are perceived as leaders.
