We’re new to him. Pretty right on.
If you need help sleeping, as I've had insomnia for a very long time in my life, I've recently discovered a new technique that seemed to have been working so far, but I gained the sense of it through meditation. While I was trying to sleep, it is very difficult to because thoughts keep popping up in my mind and I felt dissatisfied and wanted to get up and touch my phone. I recognized there was tension in the muscles behind my eyebrows. Learning to relax this muscle and accept everything for what it is helped me to sleep.

You said thoughts keep popping, start writing a journal whatever thought comes to your mind write it down, You should create cues, like the color of the pillow, light, and clothes, basically create an environment. I have been dealing with Hypersomnia If i think can't able to sleep, is more terrific.
